DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT:-
1. SALINE WATER CONVERSION CORPORATION (power plant): Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
From: 19-07-1991 to till now….
Position: INSTRUMENTAION AND CONTROL TECHNICIAN (Power Plant).
Here I am working in Power Station in Phase-IIB, which consists of SIX BOILERS(gas/oil fire)
Each capacity 6730000 kg/h steam flow,113bar pressure,515 Deg Cent temperature feeding to
FIVE TURBO GENERATORS having capacity of 132 Mega Watts MCR each (5 x 132 MW).
Responsibilities are to carryout running units day to day maintenance by fault finding, control loops tuning, calibrations, interlocks testing and attending startup / shutdown problems independently in various control systems like:-
a. ABC Automatic Boiler Control System ( BAILEY – 820 – USA).
b. BMS Burner Management System (Sieforney- SP – 47 – ITALY).
c. Turbine Supervisory System.
d. Instrument Interlocks System.
e. Transalarm System.
f. Data Acquisition System.
And attending the faults of field instruments like Local Controllers(Honeywell/Masoneilan), repairs and calibration of pressure, flow, level, temperature, vibration, speed, axial position, analyzers (O2/Co) of electronic /microprocessor based instruments of different reputed manufacturers (Bailey,Rosemount, Masoneilan, Foxboro,Eurotherm,Servomax,Kent,Bently neveda,Fisher,Hp,Moore, Mercoid, Yokogawa,Honeywell). Repairs / calibration of Pressure switches, Temperature switches, Level switches, Flow switches, Control Valves, Positioners,
I/P Converters, Control room analog/digital instruments, routine maintenance /calibration of
Analyzers like O2/Co, Ph, Hydrazine, H2, conductivity, phosphate. Alignment/calibration of Vibration, Speed, Axial, Differential expansion, Eccentricity on Main Turbine and
Boiler Feed Pumps. Recently we Installed and commissioned new Instrument air compressor
(Elliot) which is consisting of Microprocessor based Instrumentation and to minimize the
Boiler Main flame scanners problems replaced old version scanners with new version
FIBRE OPTIC FLAME SCANNERS(Forney) which are having programmable flame
Detectors.
Assisting plant operations during units startup and shutdown by rectifying/tuning the loops in Automatic Boiler Control system/BMS, Turbine supervisory system,
Instrument Interlocks system and Transalarm system instruments in field and
Control room.
2. ALLWYN WATCH UNIT: Hyderabad,India.
From: 1987 to 1991
Position: Senior Technician Electronics and Instrumentation.
Here worked in Plant Engineering department (Electronics) for trouble shooting on Modern
Control systems of manufacturing machines which were having all types of précised control and Instrumentation systems, PLC's and Modern Test Instruments.

3. PETROMIN SHELL REFINERY: Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Position: Lead Instrument Technician
From: 1984 to 1987
I was employed by MF. Kent (Al Hugayat) who are responsible for Petromin Shell Refinery
Company as maintenance contractors for Electrical and Instrumentation. Here in Ist year I worked in Instrument Testing Lab, carried out jobs like calibrations, repairs, alignments, testing of all types of Micro Processor based Instruments which are used in Refinery like,
Rosemount, Foxboro, Masoneilan and Enraf level, Flow, pressure, temperature transmitters and pressure, level, temperature, flow switches which are used in refinery Distillation units,
Aromatic units, Hydro treaters, Hydro crackers and Tank form areas. During this period I had good experience in test equipments like Functions generators(Hp), Oscilloscope (Hp), Tektronics test instruments and programmable digital multimeters and microprocessor controlled control valve test unit.
After completion of my first year I had been transferred to refinery distillation unit for Plant
Maintenance to carry out calibrations, loop checking, loop tuning, fault finding in Electronics,
Pneumatic and micro processor based instruments in field and Control Room. Here I directly
Involved in modern FOXBORO SPECTRUM CONTROL SYSTEM (DCS) trouble shooting and maintenance.
4. NATIONAL THERMAL POWER CORPORATION ( Power Plant): Ramagundam, India.
From: 1982 to 1984

Joined the company during erection and commissioning of field and control room instrument-
