To continue working as a Quality Assurance, Construction Representative, Pipeline Welding Inspector, Non Destructive Testing Inspector, Radiographic Interpreter, for a major proactive organization, that recognizes Quality Control, and Quality Assurance as a major source of cost avoidance. With over 20 years solid experience in the construction of cross country pipelines, related facilities, civil works, levees, canals, water control structures, dredging contracts. Military and Federal government contracts. I have honed my skills of Construction Management, Inspection Coordinator /Supervisor, Inspector, NDT Inspector on very complex and special designed projects.

01/87-02/87: SGS CO. DEER PARK, TX:
As Construction Representative, Level II Radiographic Tech. I performed a special audit, inspection of all production welding and nondestructive testing services of construction of the Mercur Gold Mine Co., Tooele, UT, this special designed and constructed gold ore tailings recovery plant, was plagued by a high reject and repair rate during production welding. My "trouble shooting" resulted in lower rejects and repairs and an early completion date.

As Welding Inspector and Radiographic Consultant.
(A) I performed a special audit of NDT, production welding and materials, during construction the EXXON USA LaBarge, Wyo. world's largest gas processing plant. Reviewing radiography of over 5500 production pipeline welds. Welding standards were API 1104, B31.1 and B31.3. Welding processes were Shielded Metal Arc, Submerged Arc. And Flux Core Arc. This was a 1 bil. Dollar, year round, 2 yr. at 6 and 7 days per week at 2 shifts per day, 2000 work force.
(B) I performed and supervised radiographic interpretation services during const. of a "DOE" cross-country 36 in. dia. x. 375 and. 500 W.T. Rig welding and internal x-ray procedures were used.

As Welding Inspector and Radiographic Interpretation consultant, I performed pipeline welding and NDT services to major cross-country pipeline contractors that at various times have excessive reject rates. On 100 % of my assignments the results were lower rejects, lower repair rates and earlier completions.

Performed a special audit of the radiography of the production welding during const. of 175 mi., 6 in. dia x. 375 W.T. I discovered falsification of radiography. I developed a finger print procedure to audit all of the production radiography, and to provide corrective action results.
