Contribution: I successfully managed the Transition of the system from ISO-19001-1994 to ISO-19001-2000.The QMS was reinforced to the level of performance and continual improvement. Measurable Quality Objectives were established, maintained and monitored to achieve growth of 8% annually.

Responsibility: Managerial responsibilities all included and concerning the Quality of Engineering/Management Operation and design links, over all responsibilities for projects, assigned under different SOS.
Contribution: I further improved the last developed QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM by me for SOFCON. In a recently merged company The challenge was to manage the merger and stream-line the system. The three constituents had their own weakness and strengths. I had to eliminate the weak sectors in their system and assimilate their strengths in their quality management system.
The Transition from ISO9001-1994 to ISO-9001-2000 is the another major leap. The Transition Planning from the old system based on ISO-9001-1994 adopted by one certified constituent and two non-certified constituents of SOFCON is one of the key feature of Quality Implementation and Improvement. The Re-Engineering of the organization was worth enjoyable professional work added to my experiences.
HR Calibration; their Orientation, Training, Evaluation along with Saudization planning and implementation was further enjoyable experience. CRM and CSM Implementation gave me further confidence to manage customer and their retention in service industry.
SOFCON is a Leading General Engineering Services (G.E.S) Contracting organization having ARAMCO & SABIC as its main customer. I was functioning as its Management Representative & Designated as Corporate Quality and Training Manager directly reporting to Top Management (G.M. & M.D.).
My post was independent and autonomous in functional behaviorism.
