Fifteen (15) plus years of diversified engineering experience in project, process design, safety, HAZOP study, DTU/FPSO FEED study, Operation engineering. Which included refinery (FCCU, Merox, Utilities), gas/oil separation plant, offshore facilities(DTU/FPSO/SPURS),shipping pumping station.Offshor/onshore wellhead facilities,water injection, artificail lift study, process simulations and optimization using Hysis,Pipe Sims,and other software tools.

Plant failure investigations and proposed recommendations for reliable and safe operation, detail study and analysis of plant safety shutdown system for safe and reliable operation. Familiar with piping corrosion monitoring, review of equipment history and performance.
Offshore facility design for early production platforms in Gulf of Mexico for Pemex, including set process design parameters, selection and optimization of process equipments (i.e.separators, dehydration plant, rotating equip.), Hazard analysis, equipment layout, to ensure that process equipment and interconnection are based on respected industry standard such as API 14 E/J/C,asme B31.3/31.4/31.8, safety standards.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
