From 08 April 1997 at present working as senior CONTROL and INSTRUMENT Maintenance Engineer for SONATRACH (Agerian firm of Oil & Gas).
My responsibilities include:
* Under the engineering, I was directly involved in project planning, Installation, Commissioning and Start-up works particularly with DCS & PLCs Systems.
* Assist in development of a Distributed Control System (DCS) (hardware and software) using Yokogawa Intelligent Automation system (Centum CS and CS3000) with Prosafe programmable logic controller (Quadlog series)for ESD. The network involves dual node bus architecture, and fiber optic links.
* Assit in commissioning start-up and maintenance of Speetronic (control Turbine) MARK V of GE
* Assit in commissioning start-up and maintenance of fire fighting systems

4°) JOB DESCRIPTION
* Attend factory and site acceptance test (F.A.T& S.A.T)
* Calibrate loop/sequence checking and troubleshooting of process various instruments.
* Prepare loop package, inspection checklist and as built revision drawing prior for final acceptance.
* Operate, maintain and develop electrical/wiring diagram, sequence of operation, control graphic design, control loop/logic diagram and advanced computer control software.
* DCS application engineering, configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, start-up support and maintenance.
* Experience to test, install and troubleshoot ESD systems in the field such as Triconex and Moore Quadlog (PROSAFE of YOKOGAWA) ESD systems.
* Carry out all aspects of maintenance, modification, calibration and testing of Speedtronics MARK V and SUVIMACII+.
* Familiar with smart pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments manufactured by leading suppliers such as Foxboro, Yokogawa, Honeywell Fisher rosmont or ABB.
* Prepare an annual maintenance program. Identifies materials and spare parts requirements.
* Assure and organize personnel training in PLC & DCS particularly for the operation and maintenance staff.
