* Filling line automation using PLC especially end packaging equipments
* Commissioned PLC based SCADA system for 2 new chemical plants.
* Implemented a DAS using Intellution's Fix 32 and ADAM type modules sitting on a RS-485 bus and also connected to Allen Bradley PLC's.
* Implemented Turbine Governor control system using Intellution's IFix.
* Implemented Windows based SCADA system and integrated with the existing Allen Bradley 2/30 PLC control system for Cement Plant.
* Optimisation of the Cement Kiln using Fuzzy logic control systems.
* Designed, installed & commissioned a PLC based SCADA system using hot-backup configuration for a 3500 ton Sugar plant. This job included the automation of bagasses fed 45 kg/cm2 75 ton/hr steam boiler.
