WORK EXPERIENCE:

Company: Geisum oil co.
Duties: electrical /instrument engineer reported to projects general manager
Responsibilities:
-project feasibility studies of reconnaissance of local conditions, analysis of technical feasibility, preliminary planning including analysis of alternative solutions, cost estimates based on technical planning, investigation of the impact of extensions on existing system, economic evaluation and financial studies
-conceptual /detailed planning and design including preliminary planning of systems, sub-systems and components, cost estimates, approval documents, conceptual design, calculation and selection of rating of systems and sub-systems, coordination of interfaces with existing plants and other projects with date and cost, scheduling of project implementation and cash flow

1. Geisum camp Fire fighting system
Fire fighting pumps, jocky pumps, panels, cables, diesel generator. Automatic transfer switch panel, motor staring and protection panels
2. Geisum camp buildings fire alarm network
Fire alarm network(smock detectors, heat detectors, break glass, fire alarm panels, beam detector, auto dialer……etc for 15 buildings& big kitchen)
3. Condensate skid gas detection system & fire extinguishing control system
Gas detection system, gas detectors, panels, UV/IR flame detectors, cables, fire fighting system using foam and water with deluge valve, mixer, nozzle connected with automatic control panel, etc
4. Y2K problem solution for PLC, DCS and all microprocessor instruments studying problem of Y2K on all geisum instruments and control system, the project include check of all PLC's such as allen bradely and change old types of general electric GE-FANUC and upgrading of ficher resmount DCS system and check all other microprocessor instruments
5. Platform no.c jet pumping system(MCC, distribution panel, cables, heat tracing, cable trays installation, shut down valve control valve pressure transmitters, announciator panel modification, connection with DCS, control system, motor soft starter panel, pressure switches, vibration switches etc
6. High voltage submarine cable of about 1.5km(the project is executed in geisum marine area and include cable laying, termination, cable tests, cable stabilization, the project had been done in the PIRRELLI specialists etc
7. New mess hall &kitchen at Geisum camp(engineering only).
This project is completed but not constructed and the activities which is completed for design only as design for electrical system, panels for kitchen equipments, cables, lighting system, power system, fire alarm system, transformer, central air condition, sound system
8. Platform no. b at off shore area, jet pumping system.(cable laying, cable trays installation, lighting system, power socket installation motors, panels,….etc), shut down valves, solenoid valves, pressure switches, level switches,…etc.
9. Platform no. b at off shore area electric power and distribution system(medium voltage SF6 insulation, transformer, L.V MCC, the project had been commissioned in the present of franzissella- italy company which supplied the power module unit etc)
10. Lightning protection study for Giesum facilities (onshore & offshore)
11. BY-pass separators at off shore area (engineering and construction of heat tracing system, connection of pneumatic tubes, connection of panel control valves, connection of power cables with panels )
12. new mess hall, kitchen at Geisum camp and new camp villas the project include lighting system, power socket system, air condition, fire alarm system(smock detectors, break glass, fire alarm panel, heat detector, alarm bells etc), sound system(speakers, desk top unit amplifier, equalizer, mixing amplifier, CD player etc), electrical cables, kitchen equipments panel, telephone system, TV system etc
13. new workshop at Geisum camp.(include design and construction of panels, cables, lighting system, socket system, fire alarm system and telephone system)
14. Attending IEC routine tests for storage dry type transformer(1MVA, 4160/480V,60HZ) to be used again. The tests were applied at Egytrafo factory
15. Geisum electrical power network coordination study and short circuit calculation, load flow study, and modifying the network with best operation using ETAP software and IEC standard and perform technically studies, issue required material specs and data sheet for new material, new step-up transformer to cover loads, power cables, new circuit breaker, cable trays, control cables.

company: academy of scientific research – studies and research fund duties: electrical and instrument engineer responsibilities: project engineering using IEC standard, projects feasibility studies, issuing material specification, requisition/ data sheet, tenders technical and commercial evaluation, tenders preparing, project construction and commissioning and start up for the followings:
