The plant is located in Sirte Desert. The Gas plant comprises two identical trains.
Plant capacity: - 350 MMSFD of product gas 31000 BPD of condensate production.

- The process control is using DCS (Distributed Control System ABB).
- Individual Wellheads and flow lines to manifold (Total 28 onshore wells)

- Planning and performing the commissioning & start up activities of various units.

Units & Equipments in the Gas plant

Absorbtion tower with valve trays, Amine regenerator column with valve trays and reboilers. Flash drum, Reflux condenser and drum. Air fin Exchangers. Amine Filtration system having Precoat filters, Carbon filters and mechanical filters. Precoat filtration is controlled by automatic PLC.

A high capacity multistage charge pump is used to charge the amine to the absorber tower. Charge pumps capacity - 1511 gpm at 825 using differential pressure. Gas dehydration and Dew point control: Propane refrigeration with MEG injection. The unit having Nuevo Pignone Refrigeration Compressor with the capacity of 25MMSCFD at 320 psig. MEG injection package having Flash drum, Plate and frame heat exchanger, Mechanical and Charcoal filters, MEG Reboiler and MEG injection pumps. MEG reboiler is a direct fired reboiler having Burner Management Control System.

Mercury Removal Unit: (Solid absorbent bed process using metal oxide on aluminium based absorbent. Condensate and gas exporting pipe lines having Pig launching facilities.

Fired Heaters with the capacity of 146 MMBTU/H. Having Burner Management Control System.

Various utility systems like instrument air, Water Treatment, Fire water, Power Generation GTG, Fuel Gas System and Flares and Blow down system.
