Experience in assembling and overhauling / repairing of single stage & multistage centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, vertical pumps, steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, reciprocating compressor, centrifugal compressors, Tank mixer, auto variable pitch & fixed pitch fin fans, blowers, electric motors and valves.
Independently carry out trouble-shooting, field/shop repairing, equipments alignment (Reverse alignment and Graphical alignment and Rim & Face alignment and Laser alignment), preventive maintenance of all rotary equipment's, mechanical drawing reading, fitting tolerance, dimensions & clearances measurement procedure, using measuring tools and making equipment repairing reports.
PUMPS: - Trouble shooting & Repairing and overhauling of horizontal & vertical centrifugal pump, single stage & multi stage pumps, reciprocating pump, diaphragm pump, gear pump, checking of spares conditions, shaft dimensions and runouts, thrust/radial bearing conditions, bearing fitness on shaft & bearing housing, sleeve bearing contacts & clearances, assembling of mechanical seal, Rim&Face (spiggot) runout of stuffingbox, hydro testing of cooling water jacket, clearance of impeller wear ring/casing wear ring, impeller runout. Checking of run out, axial movement & radial movement of shaft, adjusting of axial movement of shaft. Adjusting free float of rotor, Assembling and hydro testing for mechanical leak test and alignment.
STEAM TURBINE:- Trouble shooting & Repairing and overhauling, checking of spares conditions, shaft dimensions, runouts and sleeve bearing contacts & clearances, rotor diaphragm bucket condition, carbon seal conditions and clearances. Checking the tripping device condition and clearances, governor function, governor coupling condition, tripping speed setting and running speed setting, cooling water circulation and hot alignment.
GAS TURBINE: - Trouble shooting & maintenance. During the maintenance checking and repairing the inlet air filter replacement, overhauling the startup dog engaging gear assembly, checking and repairing of burner assembly, repairing and resetting of slum shut valve, fuel valve, and combustion chamber, blow off valve, lube oil system working condition, lube oil filter replacement, gas leak & oil leak checking and alignment of generator to turbine and starter motor to engaging gear.
COMPRESSOR: - Repairing and overhauling, checking of loading/unloading system, suction and discharge valve condition, valve overhauling, clearance of piston to head by led wire, cross head clearance, piston to liner clearance and dimensions, piston rod runout, checking of rider ring & piston ring condition, lube oil filter cleaning, inlet air filter cleaning, lube oil system and alignment.
PRESSURE SAFETY VALVES Overhauling and lapping and resetting as per operation.
