11 Years - at present I am working with N-PARAFFIN PLANT of NIRMA LTD. Alindra Site, Savli, Baroda. Since January 2005 to till date, as a PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN.

Prefractionation And Unionfining (Hydro-Treating) Section Removing Light Fraction (C 7- C 9) & Heavy Fraction (C14 –C 17). Finally get the Heart Cut (C 10- C 13) of Kerosene by Distillation.
And In HYDRO TREATING: - Remove Sulfur And Nitrogen from Feed stock by HYDRO-TREAATING in presence of Nimox Catalyst With High Pressure System. (85 kg/cm2.)
- Worked with Gulf Stabilizers Industries, Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a DCS Operator since 3rd August 2001 to June 2004. (From commissioning)

- Gulf Stabilizers Industries is a joint venture between Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, U.S.A. and Al-Zamil group of Ind., Saudi Arabia. * Ensure normal operation of plants and equipment:
* Handling High Pressure Hydrogen 4-Stage 4-Cylinder Double Acting Reciprocating Compressor. (80 kg/cm2 pressure).
* Handling High Pressure High Speed Sundyne Pump. (100 kg/cm2 pressure).
* Handling High pressure Hydrogen Service Single Stage Double cylinder double acting reciprocating compressor. (90 kg/cm2 pressure).
* Handling Hydro treated Reactor (Two bed with interbed Quench) with Nimox (Nickel Molybdenum Oxide) on alumina base (85 kg/cm2 & temp. 3300c).
* Routine checkup of all processing equipments, machineries, Fire and safety equipments.
* To look after all the plant parameters, monitoring and controlling process parameters ensuring safe and smooth operations by minimizing down time and maximize production.
* To solve problems by means of effective communications.
* To ensure process parameters as per safety standard / guidance.
* Tanker loading and unloading etc.
* COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES:
* Thoroughly knowledge in review & analysis of PFD & P&ID.
- Handled activities starting from erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning which includes hydro testing, flushing, blowing, vacuum test, calibrations, and equipment trials, leaks testing Plant start-up, emergency shutdown & trouble shooting.
- Preparing SOP for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
* ASSETS:
- Experience in pre-commissioning & commissioning of a chemical plant. During this period, active participation in commissioning of the following systems: -
- Fired Heaters, Reactors, Distillation columns, Vacuum system, Steam Generation system, Chilled water, Refrigerant liquid system, Ammonia Chilling System, Tank farm, centrifuge, filters & Dryers, multi stage
Pumps compressors, Auto claves, high pressure and high temp. Reactors, hydrogen bullets, heat exchangers, turbine, charge heater, flare header, ammonia bullets, various type of valves and etc…
- Handled different types of pumps, compressors, distillation columns, reactors, filters, centrifuges, etc.
- I am thoroughly conversant in operation of DCS, emergencies, startup & shutdown of plant, monitoring of process parameters ensuring proper safety measures in all operations.
- Knowledge of handling chemicals like Methanol, Steryl Alchohol Toluene, Methyl Ethyl Keton, Cyclohexane Phenols, Methyl Acrylate, HCL, H2SO4, Acetic Acid, diesel, ethylene oxide, TMA, KOH and etc.
I have ability to work with international force with good communication skills.
