- 4 legged Jacket
- Top Side with Gas processing facility, Pedestal Crane, Helideck, Scrapper receiver/ Launcher
- 5.2 Km 12" Sub-sea Pipeline
- Onshore Gas Processing and Compression Facility.

JACKET Fabrication & Installation: The Jacket fabrication and installation was done in fast track to facilitate the drilling as the rig was already in the field.

Gauri-A 4 legged Jacket was constructed at Nippon Steel between Jan to March 2003. The steel was free issued to Nippon Steel by Cairn Energy. The detail design was carried out by JBTI Bangalore under Cairn contract. Steel for Jacket were located in UK, Dubai and Singapore and shipped to Nippon Steel Batam Indonesia in Time. Jacket transportation engineering carried by Asian Energy Singapore. The Jacket Transported by Britoil Singapore. The Jacket was installed in 7 days by Sea Way Heavy Lifting, Netherlands under my direct supervision.

Pipeline Engineering, Procurement & Installation: Pipeline Engineering is carried out by Aker Kvaerner E&C, Singapore. The line pipe material is procured from M/s Tenaris, Tamsa, Veracruz Mexico directly by CEIL to cut down the cost. The line pipe material transported to Ras-Al-Khaimah for corrosion and weight coating. The coating processes for 5500 m of line pipe were completed in week's time and it was delivered in Gauri Field in first week of Jan 2004. The pipe lay was completed in 7 days by HHI using HD-2500 Derrick cum lay barge.

TOPSIDE Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning: Topside engineering, procurement and fabrication were completed in record time of 8 months and 1 week at Lamprell Dubai. It sailed out of Dubai 20 Feb 2004. The Installation and commissioning of topside completed in 2 weeks. The first Gas achieved on 19 March 2004. The Hook-up & commissioning was completed in record of 10 days.
