INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION: Testing, Calibration and other functionality tests were carried out by me individually of the following instruments:
Pressure: Pressure Gauges, Pressure switches, Pressure and Differential Pressure Transmitters ( Make.
Rosemount, Fuji, Kent, Fisher ) Pressure regulators, air compressors, Vacuum gauges and pumps, Dead weight testers, manometers.
Temperature: Temperature Sensors: Thermocouple K
Type, S Type, RTD's Pt 100, Pt 25.5, Temperature
Switches, Temperature Transmitter, Temperature
Controllers with PID control (ROSEMOUNT), Temperature
Scanners.
Level: Sight Gauges, Capacitance Level Probes,
Ultrasonic Level Transmitter, and DP Transmitter.
Flow: DP Flow Transmitter, Turbine Flow meter,
Variable area flow meters, Variable head flow meters,
Ultrasonic flow meter (CONTROLOTRON), Electromagnetic flow meter.
And for other process parameters like Conductivity
Transmitter, Gas Analysers, Bar graph indicators, digital indicators, PH indicator, PLC, Process Timers,

SCADA Operation.
Computer Based Data Acquisition System for Strain gauge measurement.
Making setup with 3/8 SS tube with ferrules and SS
fittings for various experiments and systems.
LOOP CHECKING AND MAINTENANCE: I was involved not only in the pre-commissioning loop checking of the above mentioned systems but also was involved in the regular maintenance of the process systems. I had also coordinated in the checking & installation of PLC
based process Secondary Sea Water System.
