I would like to submit my application for the above referred post.

I am a B. Com graduate of Mysore University having secretarial and computer background. I am having around 16 years experience, out of which 8 years in U.A.E. and 8 years in India reporting to the Senior Most Executives of the companies.

I am enclosing herewith my brief updated Bio-Data. The certificates and testimonials will be produced at the time of interview.

1) M/s. Voltas Ltd., Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. (One of the Tata's group companies having overseas MEP operations) as Executive Secretary reporting to the Project Director from 05.10.2005 till 11.03.2007 for their Intercontinental Refurbishment Project, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Taking dictation, independent correspondence, handling all site correspondence and part of administration work, submission of documents to consultant's office, filing, documentation, checking of e-mails, marking to the concerned persons, follow up of work with the concerned executives of the company, keeping petty cash, monitoring movement of drivers, follow of work with the Head Office personnel etc.

2) M/s. Costain Abu Dhabi Company W.L.L., Das Island, Abu Dhabi (British managed construction company) as Executive Secretary reporting to the Project Manager from 11.10.2004 to 28.06.2005.

All site correspondence, independent correspondence, checking of e-mails, distribution of mails, filing, follow up with Head Office, mobilization of labour and staff at site, keeping track of optima cards of oil fields, charter booking, hotel booking etc.,

3) M/s. Reliance Infocomm Ltd., Mumbai (telecomm company of Reliance Industries Ltd., ) as Personal Secretary reporting to the Commercial Head from 01.09.2002 till 01.10.2004.

Independent correspondence, co-ordination and follow up of work with the executives, preparing monthly itinerary of the boss and his subordinates, keeping track of the same, monitoring staff muster and their attendance, checking and managing of e-mails, forwarding to the concerned persons, opening and distribution of incoming mails, collection of various daily reports and MIS, acting as a liaison between the management and senior executives, collecting and preparing agenda items, attending, taking and preparing of minutes, screening incoming calls of the boss, taking dictation, arranging video and audio conferences, making hotel and airline reservations, maintaining files of routine and confidential nature of correspondence, typing letters, memos etc., handling personal work of the boss etc., whenever required.

4) M/s. Six Construct Ltd., Dubai, UAE (European based construction company) as Site Secretary from 15.10.1993 to 13.12.2001.

Attending and taking minutes of meeting, taking dictation, typing letters, keeping schedule of visits, calls to be made for the day by the General Manager, maintaining reminder, confidential and routine files, reports etc., collection of reports from the sites and follow-up of the assigned works with the concerned executives and Head Office personnel while reporting to the General Manager at Head Office.

Submission of quotations, keeping and updating records, documents, test reports required to be submitted at the time of submission of tenders, preparation of pre-qualification documents, all the secretarial works involved from the time of receipt of tender till the time of submission of quotation while reporting to the Head of Tendering Department at the Head Office.

Submission of reports to consultants regarding progress of works achieved, labours/staff at site, clarifications to technical queries, submission and documentation of drawings, test reports of lab, typing letters, maintaining project files, reports etc., follow-up of works with the Head Office personnel while reporting to the Project Managers at the site offices.

Giving the final shape to the drafted letters, independently handling correspondence wherever it is required.

5) M/s. Ion Exchange India Ltd., Bombay (multinational chemical company) as Personal Secretary reporting to the Executive Vice President from 11.11.1991 to 08.03.1993.

Taking dictation, typing, interacting with the senior executives of the company, collecting weekly/monthly reports, maintaining routine and confidential files, typing minutes, reports, follow-up of assigned works with the executives of the company, attending phone calls of the boss etc.

6) M/s. The Mysore Lamp Works Ltd., Bombay as Steno Clerk reporting to the Branch Manager from 11.07.1986 to 30.10.1991.

Taking dictation, typing letters, preparing Goods Receipt Notes, maintaining Sales Ledgers, Accounts Receivables, follow-up with the suppliers for delivery of fittings and accessories, delivery of materials, payments, etc., attending phone calls, independently handling routine correspondence required with the Head Office, dealers and customers.

Visiting godown for stock checking, receipt and delivery of materials etc.
