As Onsite Operations Supervisor: Responsible for the safe, reliable, cost efficient and continuous operation of numerous Unmanned Onsite Hydrogen (HYOS by Stuart Energy) and Nitrogen Gas (APSA by Floxal) Plants installed in different customer sites nationwide. Implements Preventive Maintenance Programs, Walk-by, Condition Monitoring, and Safety and Quality procedures. Consistently implement On- call System by effective scheduling. Assures that all handled plants conform to best practices and safety/technical recommendations by Air Liquide Group. Propose plant modifications to improve plant performance, reliability and safety. Troubleshoot Operations and instrument related problems. Monitor spare parts inventory control and re-ordering to ensure availability. Involved in engineering, installation, commissioning and start-up of new plant installations.
As Teleflo (Telemetry) Specialist: Assigned as TELEFLO (Telemetry device by NAPAC France) Administrator. Responsible for the reliable operation of all unmanned Onsite Plants, Flow metering Stations, and Tank Levels via remote monitoring. Ensures that all customer situated Teleflo sites communicate with the Central Teleflo Alarm Unit via phone line or GSM for the transmission of plant status, product level, and gas flow, system and process alarms. Maintains all Teleflo installations nationwide and also set-up and configure new Teleflo for new plant installations.

Responsible for implementing maintenance program for all plant instrumentations; calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot all field and process (Level, Pressure, Temperature, Flow) instruments, PLC, DCS and gas analyzers in Air Separation Plant, Carbon Dioxide Plant, Hydrogen Plant, Power Plant, Refilling Facilities and in all Air Liquide Philippines Satellite Plants nationwide. Worked with different brand of gas analyzers such as Teledyne, Shaw, Panametrics Delta-F, Zellweger Fuji, FOX, Toray, for measuring trace oxygen, hydrocarbons, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and moisture. Maintains and troubleshoots PLC like Allen Bradley SLC, Omron CS, Siemens Simatic, and Yokogawa Centum CS1000 DCS.
With hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting controls of different compressors, genset, power plant auxiliary equipments, and power rectifiers like Atlas Copco's Electronikon, Kaeser's Sigma, Joy Cooper's Quad, Mirrlees Blackstone engines, Alfa Laval purifiers and Power Rectifier Systems by Stuart Energy respectively. Conducts Safety and Quality interlock tests and simulations for all machines and compressors.
