WORK EXPERIENCE
1999- Present (about 5 years): Power Industry (SPS)– Middle East
Position: Engineer
Mechanical Design:
* Stress &Vibration Analysis of Diesel Generators Coupling& Frames.
* Acoustic analysis/programming and design of ducts, parallel baffle silencers, and a range of mufflers using C/C++/VC++.
* Design of fuel, cooling, ventilation, intake, exhaust and sound treatment systems for diesel-generators power-plants.
* Design of light/heavy metal products such as sound proofs, weather proofs, control panels, lighting systems… fuel tanks, containers, base frames, power-plants… as per ISO 9001 requirements.
Electrical Design:
* Design of Electrical Control systems for generators including the parallel operating scheme, using the "Deep sea Electronics" PLCs, "Governors America Corp." Devices, "Deif " micro-controllers and Automatic voltage/speed regulators. (Iveco, Cummins,Volvo …engines, Marathon, Marelli,…Alternators)
ISO 9001 Procedures:
* Preparation of a Design procedure, for metallic products, as per ISO 9001.
* Development of quality control procedures for Gensets production lines in compliance to ISO 9001. (Calibration, Identification& trace-ability, Inspection& Testing, Status of Control …)
Manufacturing:
* Programming of CNC punching, bending… machines, namely "Trumpf ", "Amada" …machines, including a training in Germany on "Tops 300 " software at "Trumpf training center " in Stuttgart.
Maintenance:
* Supervision of the Diagnostic &Repairing of a shearing, punching and bending machines made by "trumpf " and "Amada" Companies ;( includes a full study of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and IT systems/maps required for operating, and repairing of these machines).
Quality Control/Testing:
* Direct Supervision of the Testing operations of Diesel-generators.
* Contribute to the design of test rooms for generators.
1998 (1 year): Heidelberg's previous agent –Lebanon
Position: service engineer
* I worked in testing/repairing of Printing machines/Cutters including a service engineer training in Germany.
1996-1997 ( 2 years): Astra Industries- Lebanon
Position1: Production Engineer(about 1 year)
* I was responsible of producing sheet-metal products for lighting systems, besides programming and repairing (Elec.& Mech.) of CNC machines such as punching, bending…Italian machines.
Position 2: Project Manager (about 1 year)
• I was a Project manager for the Installation, Operating and maintenance of a concrete blocks & pipes automatic factory supplied from France.
EDUCATION

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (5years) from the Lebanese University (U.L.), Faculty of engineering, branch II.
