Job Responsibilities:

1. In Uhde initially I involved in calculating Bulk M.T.O by the reference of
Equipment Layout.
2. After developing the layout checking the layout with all respect and ensuring that all the requirements are fulfilling & modeling the lines in the PDS.
3. ISO checking with reference of layout, master P& ID, Equipment Drawings& Instrument Hookup Drawings.
4. During checking ensuring that process, instruments requirements are fulfilled. Also taking care of accessibility of all instruments, valves & special parts.
5. During routine of lines giving possible support location.
6. Issuing the lines for stress analysis.
7. Doing joint review with process & instrument departments & approving the lines, if any comments by PE & IC are incorporated.
8. Making the lines ready For Client Review, if any comments by client are incorporated.
9. Coordinating with stress department till the line approved by stress department.
10. Finally doing RFC checking of all stress Critical & non Critical Lines.
11. Issuing the line for fabrication.

Knowledge of AutoCAD 2000i, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows 95, Dos
