Responsibilities:
As part of cross functional team of Geologist, Reservoir Engineer, and Production Engineer to design and execute reservoir management plan. Activities include EOR optimization, reserves estimation, project management, depletion plan, reservoir surveillance, workovers, drilling programs, and various routine operational actions.

Achievements:
- As a Project Manager of drilling 13 producer wells, successfully lead the project team to work based on Chevron's project management guideline; as of mid 2005, the work is ongoing in timely manner and with fully supports from both Chevron's Management and Government of Indonesia
- As an internal Qualified Reserves Estimator (QRE), completed area's yearly reserves review and business plan, including the forecast uncertainty/risk assessment in line with the economics of area's capital projects
- In 2005, accomplished a Full Cycle Depletion Plan (FCDP) for Area x Duri field; the report include study on reservoir characteristics, area's historical performance, best practices from past capital projects, various current reservoir/operational activities, and strategy for future development
- Lead an operational process to save $29 MM in 2004, by minimizing oil loss due to a facility related problem
- Since 2002, has identified and generated >50 various workover programs for both injectors and producers to arrest the decline rate
- Involved in a multidisciplinary group charged with study and providing recommendations on reservoir with bottom water problem; the recommendations were then used as a guideline for whole areas in Duri field
- Actively participated in Area 6&7 Temperature Observation Well Project, by assessing the reservoir uncertainty and selecting proper target coordinates based on value driver; as of mid 2005, the drilling has been completed for 19 wells and the data is extensively used for reservoir characterization/management supports
- Since 2003, has been actively involved in appraisals and proposals for four development well projects (consist of total >40 drilling wells); all AFEs successfully secured the approval from both Chevron's Management and Government of Indonesia
- Has lead numerous problem solving and routine field tasks, such as well/pattern performance reviews, water analyzing for scale indication, dynamometer and sonolog interpretations, routine surveillance and logs interpretations, as well as wellbore integrity maintenance
