Responsible for auditing and monitoring the Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) Contractor Purchasing, Expediting, Material Control and Logistics activities. Procurement Quality Assurance and Quality Control Coordinator.

Reviewed LSTK Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) Plans, including Hazard Identification Plan and Job Safety Analysis. Safety inspections of Storage facilities and construction site to detect and correct unsafe practices and conditions.

Reviewed Inspection Assignment Packages for assignment of inspection responsibilities to Inspection Agencies in Europe, Middle East and United States. Scheduled and attend Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) as Client Representative for equipment manufactured in Europe and the United States.

As Client Representative visited equipment manufacturers in Europe and the United States to expedite equipment deliveries and trained manufacturer’s personnel responsible for preparing Spare Parts Data Packages and data entry to Equipment Spare Parts Data Entry System (ESP).

Reviewed LSTK Purchase Requisitions and Technical requirements to ensure that equipment and materials were being procured in accordance with Project Specifications and Industrial Standards.

Procured and expedited critical equipment and materials required for Commissioning and Start-up of the Ethane Recovery Plant.
