Khafji Joint Operation, Al-Khafji, Saudi Arabia: Sr. Specialist, (Sept 2003- Present)
* Prepared and implemented Development Budget for new Drilling & Work over wells.
* Planned, implement Development & Production strategies for the offshore field of multilateral horizontal wells to maximize asset value for the field producing at 250MBOPD.
* Prepared and presented short and long term Operating, Business plan & Budget to meet stakeholder production objectives.
* Initiated ESP pilot project for six wells along with an innovative idea for using ESP for power water injection in a dump floodwater injection project in an offshore well.
* Field review presentation to the higher management and regulatory bodies.

* Prepared & implemented field development plans for west Kuwait, working with BP asset teams and Reservoir simulation group.
* Initiated and completed Dump flood pilot project to evaluate field wide implementation for pressure maintained using tracer injection to monitor sweep efficiency.
* Provided guidance, coordinated and evaluated well surveillance requirements for Umm Gudair field producing 200 MBOPD.
* Prepared well reviews and took remedial actions in terms of logging, stimulation & water shut off, along with open & cased hole logs evaluations.

Aramco, Saudi Arabia, Production Engineer (Feb, 1980-May, 1981)
* Reviewed and maintained water injection operations of south Ghawar field in terms of power water injection and water supply including Gas lift design for water wells.
* Demonstrated the injectivity problem and devised remedial action plan to minimize skin effect by acid stimulation to achieve the desired injection volume.
* Coordinated well surveillance program (PLT, Fall off tests, SBHP and RST surveys).
* Trained and supervise junior technical staff in their assigned projects.
Murphy Oil Co, Calgary, Petroleum Engineer (June 1974-Jan 1980)
* Prepared technical submission to the regulatory bodies (changing spacing unit, MRL).
* Monitored Oil & Gas wells performance, conducted studies, initiate projects to optimize production, implementation of water flood projects, testing & workovers.
