* On-site supervision for non-rig completion operations on deep, high pressure, gas wells. Assure safe operations with wells exhibiting; H2S concentrations up to 9%, flow potentials in excess of 100 MMSCFPD, erosive flow conditions, flowing temperature of up to 250 deg. F, and surface pressures in excess of 6500 psig. Operations included either multi-zone proppant or acid fracture stimulations with associated; high pressure coiled tubing, well testing, high pressure hydrocyclone / filtration, electric line, and slickline operations.
* Wide exposure to various sand control methodologies and / or sand management systems for both gas and condensate production operations.
* Developed a cost tracking system for an annual 48 well, $96MM gas well completion budget and a non-productive time tracking system.
* Trained and mentored nationals in proper techniques for a full range of field operations.

* Supervised and provided engineering support for completion operations on oil wells including: completion design, hydraulic fracture stimulation, gravel packing, frac pack stimulation, perforating, cased hole logging, coiled tubing clean outs, production testing, and rig preparation.
* Prioritized and scheduled well intervention operations, interfaced and scheduled work with alliance service companies providing well services, and minimized simultaneous operation conflicts.
* Extensive experience with utilization of electric submersible pumps (ESPs) in oil and injection water production under a wide range of conditions including; high viscosity, high sand content, horizontal wellbores, progressive cavity pumps, and down hole heat trace systems. Familiar with unique applications of ESPs e.g. dual-purpose water source production and injection pumps.
* Experience servicing wellbores that ranged in depth from 3000' to 23,000', with deviations from zero to 104 degrees, and with gas lift, ESP, jet pump, and rod pump lift mechanisms. Worked in, and compensated for, extreme low (arctic) weather conditions.
* Selected to lead a multidiscipline team, consisting of engineers, business manager, rig personnel, and technicians, in developing methods to reduce the cost of replacing failed ESPs by $1MM / year. The goal was met and exceeded by approximately 100%.
* Interfaced with drilling and workover rig teams and program writers to optimize capital project programs, i.e. completion of new wells or remediation of problem wells

* Coordinated field implementation of a twelve well coiled tubing deployed ESP pilot project.
* On-site engineering representative for a sixteen well pilot project exploring the use of various types of completion methodology for a poorly consolidated, high oil viscosity (heavy oil) reservoir.
* Led a Spill Response Team of twelve individuals as Operations Section Chief, a key member of the Incident Management System, in preparation for and response to spill incidents.
* Established and maintained on-site spill response equipment and coordinated support by an alliance service company providing the training and auxiliary equipment / services for spill cleanup.
* Interacted with various governmental agencies on operation and construction permitting as well as emergency preparedness.

* Managed and conducted environmental studies and environmental remediation of impacted areas.
* Responsible for the full range of high exposure operations in a remote, arctic coastal environment involving extremely sensitive environmental issues, strict compliance requirements, complications brought on by severe weather / permafrost conditions, and extraordinary operational costs.
* Coordinated and set up well work operations, interfaced with program writers, prepared daily operation summaries for management, and Team Lead and Facility Superintendent fill in.
