Duties Procure, Expedite, Co-ordinate and Custom Clear
All Materials/Equipments:
* The purchasing activities will start by receipt of an approved Material Requisition (MR) from the Engineering Originator. The MR shall include:
- Compilation of Vendors' List (Recommended List of Suppliers which shall be approved by Clients)
- Bill Of Quantities o Specifications.=
- Drawings and Data Sheet.
* Preparation of the Inquiry. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) shall be prepared and issued to the Approved Vendors' List. The RFQ will generally include the followings:
- Letter of Inquiry inclusive of Bid Closing Date o Instruction to Bidders o Latest Revision of Material Requisition o Terms and Conditions of Purchase o Bid Price Format o Schedule of Delivery o Format of Bank Guarantees o Site Service Agreements o Spare Parts List.
* Invitation to Bid: It shall be extended to suppliers from the Approved Vendors' List.
* Communication - Tender Clarification & Soliciting.
* Receipt of Bids: Un-priced copies of bids shall be forwarded to Engineering Originator for Technical Evaluation and Comments, and commences to Tabulate the Commercial Proposals.
* Technical Evaluation of the Bids: Engineering will conduct a technical review of the received bids comparing the technical contents of bids to the MR requirements (MR & technical annexes). This review will determine the suitability of the offered GOODS to meet the Project specifications.
* Tabulation / Commercial Evaluation of Bids: The priced bids submitted shall commercially evaluate to ensure they conform to RFQ document terms and conditions. A Bids Evaluation / Ttabulation of the bidders' proposals shall be prepared. It shall include:
- Commercial Bid Tabulation o Status of Technical Evaluation o Compliance with RFQ terms and conditions o Completeness of the bids o Validity period of the bids o Delivery time o Delivery point o Payment terms o Guarantees
* Negotiation with Bidders: Prices, All Technical Issues and All Commercial/Contractual Conditions will be clarified and finalized with each bidder.
* Award Recommendation. This shall depends on the following documents:
- Bidder's Proposals o Technical Evaluation Report o Commercial Evaluation Report o Bid Tabulation o Award Approval Notice
* Pre-award Meeting. This is to finalize and understanding of Purchase Order technical and commercial terms and conditions and to ensure all the Equipment/Materials are in full compliance with Material Purchase Requisition and that the Supplier is fully aware of his Obligations.
* Commitments / Issue of Purchase Orders: Fax of Commitment will be prepared and issued to the successful bidder to proceed with the scope of supply of Goods without undue delay.
* Administer the Purchase Orders up to closing-out.

Duties 1- Site Engineer:
* Pulling Main Cables (Electrical, Instrument,
Telephones, Public Address (PA), Fire & Gas, Manual call point, CCTV and Fiber Optics Cables.
* In charge of Manual Call Point Installation.
* In charge of Radio System Installation.

* Managing and controlling the Material for the Project by using Talisman.
* Planning, Controlling, Monitoring and Schedul the work and efficiently organise the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines by Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
* Attending regular meetings with clients, main contractor and consultants and keeping them informed of progress and all related issues.
