Was engaged as staff in the capacity as Contracts Team Leader for all contracts required for the five separate Business Units comprising the HBI plant. Within four weeks was made into acting Supply
Manager for the plant with responsibilities for all aspects of Supply. Now in the process of cleaning up the Warehousing and inventory side of the operation and revising the overall contract strategy to meet the requirements of the plant. It has not yet been possible to change the Planning /Scheduling regime - but that is on the agenda. Recently drafted, tendered and about to award a new style contract for the Shutdown Maintenance for the complete Shutdown (30 No) programme for the next three years. Confirmed as Contracts Superintendent in the last month

Contracts Manager - West Seno Project (Offshore Kalimantan) - Arrived approximately 6 months after the commencement of the project. Concentrated on defining and obtaining the necessary vessels, barges and the like. Main offshore pipelay operation commenced approximately mid June.
