  • Distributed Control System: system automations, Programming and configuration, Honeywell TDC 3000, Foxboro I/A, Bailay Signature series, Yokogawa Centum CS, Teleperm XP, PLC programming for control and Interface, Co-Ordination of Loop test and functional test.
  • Commissioning DCS readiness in conjunction with DCS installation / start-up experts, followed control/instrumentation loops with databases concept.
  • Adheres to approved schedules and programs inorder to optimise the production and troubleshooting, preservation matrix and monitoring.
  • Preparing proposals for modifications of facilities, control & safety schemes and process operating parameters to enhance safety, reliability and process performance.
  • Reviewing and clearing punch list raised by the client, system based walkdowns, close-out report.
  • Co-ordinate decommissioning of equipment / facilities, operating philosophy, overall control.
  • Operations readiness and assurance issues between operations personnel and construction personnel, Interface and provide clarification and guidance and technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers provide startup assistance.
  • Performance test run (PTR), ensure acceptable formal plant asset handovers to the client and successful ontime project completion.
