PROFILE: (Overseas work by contracts) Extensive and diversified experience in the operation, maintenance, plant safety, plant training, quality control, and management of power plants, petrochemical plants, and oil refineries, in the U.S. and overseas. Experienced with electrical power stations, utilizing multi-fuel systems (coal, gas, tar). Experience with power distribution systems, including 4160v. circuit breakers, transformers, rectifiers, transformers etc. Familiar with plant water treatment operation and relevant chemicals used for plant equipment. Operated and performed maintenance on diesel-electric generators, switchgear, and other auxillary plant equipment and performed maintenance on the equipment. Served as diesel-electric plant technical consultant in Greenland for Federal Electric Company at a U.S. government Early Warning facility (BMEWS) Experience as Senior Electrical Training Supervisor for Electro-mechanical training department at the Saudi Arabian Air Defense Command for Litton Data Command Systems, Saudi Arabia. Developed and implemented training program and course material. Served as Plant Startup Consultant, starting up a power plant and a Olefin plant in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Experience as Training Supervisor for development and implementation of plant trainee program in Bethioua and Annaba, Algeria. Held monthly conferences and program update with upper management; gave presentations and provided monthly progress reports.. Also developed plant training tracking system and Individual Development Plan (IDP) for plant trainees. Specializing as LNG and oil refinery plant startup advisor and trainer in Arzew, Algeria. Worked as Plant Superintendent for diesel-electric power plant and water plant for Holmes and Narver and the U.S. Department of Nuclear Defense on Johnston Island, South Pacific. Experience as a Building Engineer and hospital Utilities Engineer, operating and maintaining power plant and water treatment plant equipment in USA.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Saved a major portion of a $1.8 billion military defense contract with the Saudi Arabian Air Defense Command in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia by developing a new training module for the C3 defense system (Command, Communication and Control) Electro-Mechanical Department which was to be integrated with the Raytheon I-Hawk Missile System. Designed and coordinated the construction of a new training facility, along with diesel-electric prime movers, generators, switchgear and distribution systems. Completely revised existing training manuals and cirriculum for Saudi trainees. Developed a "Train The Trainer" course for the Saudi instructor trainees. As Plant Superintendent on Johnston Island in the South Pacific, completely modified existing plant layout in a diesel-electric power plant by replacing all of the prime movers, generators, and switchgear with modern equipment in order to supply uninterrupted power to the prototype JACADS plant operated by the U.S. Army and Department of Nuclear Agency. Designed a new fuel supply system for the plant in order to stop unplanned plant power failures, established new quality control procedure on procurement of all plant equipment and implemented preventive maintenance schedule for generating equipment. Designed a new interim diesel-electric plant and coordinated construction with the Dept. of the U.S. Army. Also developed a new operator training program for the indigenous women, the first women to work as power plant operators on the island.
