· Working as completion equipment project manager in customer’s office on 9-well Subsea project for offshore Nigeria. Wells are multi-zone applications with Expandable Screens and Zonal Isolation using Intelligent Completion equipment.
· Providing equipment and operational expertise, generating drawings and programmes, leading risk analysis and contingency evaluation, tubing movement analysis, assisting with reservoir and torque & drag issues, and acting as Weatherford Project Manager with regards to issues involving product line support, Design Engineering projects, Manufacturing & Logistics coordination, and all other activities relating to this project.
01/02-08/03 Deep Water Project Team Leader, Weatherford Completion Systems, Senlis, France.
· Lead team of engineers in providing novel and innovative methods of approaching completions for large scale Deep Water or Subsea projects with emphasis on project cost savings and technical simplicity and reliability.
· Extensive knowledge of all Weatherford Completions products including Expandable Sand Screen, Intelligent valves, Solid Expandable products, Interventionless Valves and Tools with emphasis on Deep Water & Subsea applications. Designed and Implemented programmes using Weatherford equipment, as well as some competitor equipment when necessary, including procedure writing, downhole schematic creation, nodal analysis, tubing movement calculations, contingency preparation, risk assessment, and all planning, logistics, and project management activities.
· Supervise responses to Invitation To Tenders from Operators for Deep Water and standard platform and land projects. Plan, organize and coordinate the activities of engineering, commercial, QHSE, logistics, and administrative personnel in creating responses to these tenders.
· Frequently managing multiple projects simultaneously which can include smaller scale project bid work and company-related projects such as market strategy, commercial issues, team development, and project execution procedures.
· Familiar with special challenges of operations in Deep Water as well as standard environments and am involved in all aspects including procedure writing, downhole schematic creation, QHSE procedures, tool selection, and contingency planning.
· Work with software for Tubing Movement and minor nodal analysis. Have experience with Wellflo nodal analysis.
