OBJECTIVE:
My main objective is to take proper care of machinery and personnel on site. I also want to work at the base office to give a helping hand in taking proper decisions & ensuring a constant and adequate supply of drilling materials on site. I also want to achieve the highest results with the minimum of manpower. I also would surely like to take up challenging jobs independently and complete them with success. I also would like to take up tasks like exploratory wells and all types of work over operations. I can hereby summarize my objective as to carry out the job, "Safely, Efficiently and Right first time".

EXPERIENCE:
Joined O.N.G.C: 1984 – Cauvery Project, Karaikal, TamilNadu (India)

I have worked in this area for 10 years. During the tenure, I have drilled exploratory high pressure, high temperature wells, H2S (Sour) wells, loss prone wells and high-pressure gas wells. During this decade, I have worked up from Driller to tool pusher. I also worked with technical cell and carried out all types of technical support from G.T.O. preparation to well history creation, material reservation, and mobilizations of drilling materials on time to rig to avoid any delay/down time. Work on planning and regular created version to achieved target, it was very much appreciated from my in-charge, and as a result I was given additional responsibility to achieve the goal trouble free. When my crew was facing problems and complications I sorted them out. I have been very good in communication with my base and seniors.

Joined Cachar Project, Assam in 1994:

I worked in Cachar project, Silchar as Tool pusher. I was responsible to carry out safely all kinds of drilling jobs, material arrangement, crew management, etc independently. I believe in, to use good recommended drilling practice to minimize the well problem & proper use of hydraulics, mud treatment, properties of mud & proper selection of treatment/lubrication materials to controlled well profile and sort out well problem with self experience and skills and worked as Fishing expert to sort out well problems and various fishing operations was carried out successfully under my supervision.

Offshore: Joined Sagar Kiran (Mumbai High) in 1997;
ONGC Basically integrated Oil Company. Its start job from exploration to refinery & owned various fields in India & abroad. I was worked as Drilling supervisor in offshore operation to get job done from contract jack up rig. Due to my sincerely efforts, I carried out successfully all kinds of jobs without complications. Here used MWD, Top Drive-varco-9s & I O E M as well as Oil based Mud for drilling of Drain hole. Here I was worked as Drilling Supervisor for various Companies.
I had Experience as Tool pusher as well as Drilling Supervisor (Company Man) also.
My rig is deployed for Drilling, work over jobs & LDST Drilling & ERD Wells I worked as Drilling supervisor & Company man in Mumbai Western offshore for 6 years & I was involved in drilling successfully well and work over jobs as per program. I've drilled "high G O R wells"& handled H2S (sour) 18-21% Conc. wells. I have handled back off of string, free point location uses of overshot, magnet, spear, tap, milling of fish and usage of annular mill, Impression block, knuckle joint & wash over operations etc. under my supervision. I handled differential and mechanical stuck up successfully.

International Drilling Experience: Apr.2004-Aug, 2005

Worked with P D O (OMAN)
I worked with P D O ("SV TOWELL OIL & GAS CO.LLC"), as 'RIG /HOIST MANAGER' in Oman. I was responsible for carrying all jobs safely & I was also responsible for safe operation, planning, shipment & arranging proper materials for the required operation in advance. I also hold discussions to achieve the target with help of proper practices & manpower arrangement. My intension is to educate my sub-ordinates and to build a confidence for any non-routine jobs, which results in the job being carried out in first attempt. I worked as base Manager for erection & commissioning of Rig. Arranging & Procurement of all equipment and made ready to fulfill requirement of PDO as per Appendix. Arrange & Completed Certification Job to approve the Rig by third party.

Working with Saudi Aramco as Drilling Supervisor from Aug, 2005 –cont.

Responsible to drill well successfully and encounter all the drilling operational complication & get job from hired rig which is working for Aramco. Here, I am working as company man and responsible to cut overburden other expenses get job done fast and safely under Aramco prescribed safety regulation. Managing Drilling contractor as in accordance with agreed programmed, especially with special attention to well. & Special focus on QHSE program to achieved the target of company with better reputation.
Followings minimum accountability I have to share additional the operational Activity:
Represent the company onsite well locations, and manage drilling contractors, in accordance with agreed programmed, especially with special attention to well control, optimizing the operational and technical performance of the drilling Rig.
- Educate the practical and theoretical coaching and training of younger engineers.
- Ensure that well construction processes are carried out in the most cost effective and efficient manner, whilst complying with the company's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards and practices.
Focus on safety, QHSE System & Proper attention to get job done Without LTI.
- I discharge my duty according to get job done in time.

Supervise the mobilization of the rig and inspect carefully the rig during the first rig-up.
Supervise the spud meeting on-site and the daily morning meetings.
Supervise the daily operations on the rig.
Plan the future needs in equipment, materials and products according to the list Prepares all the daily instructions to the drilling contractor and service companies. Check all the daily reports (drilling, cost, mud, mud logging, etc.) established by the contractors.
Check all the job reports and job tickets of all the contractors on-site.
Prepare the regular safety.
Make a breakdown analysis of the daily costs prepared.
Organize the pacification of the future operations with the DM
Prepare the field programs of the specific jobs (casing running, cementation, coring, testing, etc.) Etc.

SKILLS:
1. Execution of project from rig erection, commissioning to completion in on-shore locations.
2. Execution of project from rig docking to rig move including complete work over operations/drilling operations.
3. Lowering or rising of any type of on-shore rigs.
4. Execution of all types of fishing.
5. Execution and drilling of LD – ST Wells& ERD Wells.
6. Knowledge of the art of drilling straight wells in high angle of deep areas
7. Drilling of high mud loss zones
8. Drilling of high-pressure wells.
9. Making and preparing rig as per ISO 9002.
10. Preparation of rig in accordance to ISRS & HSE configuration.
11. Regular education of the operation to crew for building their confidence to handle any kinds of situations / crisis
12. Mobilizing drilling materials and handling tools in prior to avoid any down time
13. Sorting out of all kinds of well complications and attend to them and handle them successfully
14. Use of ICE-SAP for UPDATING & RESTORING of data, inventory and other related jobs.
15. Proper use of Computer to transfer / cover information.
16. I can successfully tackle any type of Complications that may take place during drilling/work over jobs.
17. Work over of ERD wells.
18. Proper use of mud type and controlled rheological properties with help of proper chemicals to short out the problem
19. Proper selection of BIT, BHA and able to drill horizontal well (drain hole)
20. Work with LWD, MWD & PD motors & whip stock for multi lateral well drilling. Drilled horizontal well with used of MWD or LWD with Top drive with slide and rotation.
21. Used packer picker in ERD wells.
22. Proper care on horizontal Well Drilling & Cutting Lifting.
23. Understand and analyze problem/complication and immediately find the remedy using my skills and expertise.
24. Work with high H2S concen. 18-21% Well, Used Scavenger & done job successfully in Western Offshore.
25. Proper knowledge of handling mud & brine and maintaining its rheological properties, which are required.
26. Basic knowledge of fishing operation & I have carried out fishing operation successfully under my supervision.
27. Work with Oil base Mud & I O E M during drain hole Drilling
28. Art for under balance drilling of Wells.
29. Familiar to Work with 18 PPG mud in Cachar project during drilling of HPHT Wells

Due to these skills, I could independently handle the rig operations successfully under any crisis. I have also optimized the performance of the rig and have reduced major / minor accidents and the damage was minimized for both persons and equipments. Because of the use of ISRS, I was able to reduce the breakdown of the equipments and also have imparted proper knowledge to crew and accident free operations were done. The outcome was the achievement of the target and optimized performance of the rig with the minimum requirements. I discuss the work with my subordinates before proceeding with the job and also encourage questions during the discussion to make sure every one has well understood the job. The result is that the work is completed efficiently and safely in the first attempt itself.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Achievements during the above tenure include pre-planning monitoring and problem solving done successfully. I have also completed work over of number of single and dual wells successfully. I have taken all necessary steps to implement safety measures and steps to meet exigencies.
