* Inspections; From material receiving, installation, grouting, alignments, no/load test until commissioning of Rotating: reciprocating pumps, Ingersoll-rand centrifugal compressors (3 stages), injection pumps, Booster pumps, fin fan coolers.
* Lube Oil and Seal Oil flushing of compressor and centrifugal pumps. Alstom and Dresser Rand.

* Responsible for inspection of preliminary spare part materials, scheduled maintenance in two years operation, received and to be handed over as per order/ request agreed by the owner MECO.
* Ensures Client's spare part materials stored in good condition, according to color coding storage handling procedure and to ensure that the quantity and quality of materials received from EDF France office are intact and followed up.

* Coordinates with vendor's/ manufacturer's on equipment spares problems and resolves as soon as possible.
* Responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC cleaning of filters, condenser fins, belt tensioning and other forms of preventive maintenance activities in all control buildings including B.O.P. areas.
* Responsible for the repair; dismantling of pumps due to damage mechanical seals, removed and installed new seals, O-rings and other parts according to pump supplier procedures.
* Responsible in checking of temperature, vibration, sound level, grease and oil of all pumps and other rotating equipments that's been running during commissioning / operation period.

* Punchlisting of items that is not in accordance with the vendor's drawings and specifications and pipelines according to P&ID drawings.
* Capable of enterpreting rotary and static equipment procedures as well as P&ID construction drawings.
* Preparation of 2000KW and 1000KW standby generators i.e. Leveling of pad plates (packer plates) to desired elevation prior of mounting the generator, final grouting, alignments of coupling prior to pre-commissioning activities punchlisting of items not in accordance with vendors drawings and P&ID interpretations.
