Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, China Petroleum Company (CNPC).

* Took charge of manufacturing series of catalysts, zeolites and additives according to ISO-9002 and HSE international standards, and undertook full responsibility for developing solution to problems of production and technology.
* Responsible for technical innovation of the zeolite unit, reconstructed some parts of the running unit for a more efficient process
* Responsible for process optimization, trouble-shooting and superior products to optimize unit operations, product quality assurance.
* Very skilled in Unit operations included spray dryers, air heaters, fans, packed bed absorbers for ammonia, cyclones, venturi scrubbers, bag houses, plate and frame filter presses, vacuum belt filters for ion exchange, ammonia and rare earth recovery operations, batch reactors, weigh feeders, high solids slurry systems, wet milling, tank ion exchange, water clarification, calciners, ammonia recovery from water (packed bed stripper and absorber system), silicate furnace, batch crystallizers, continuous runoffs (formulating).
* Being a manager of a workshop over 100 staffs, giving training and cultivation to workers concerned
* Responsible for the technical innovation of catalyst unit, in which 10 million USD has been invested.

2000 - 2003 Senior engineer
Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, CNPC.

* Supervised construction and commissioning a new zeolite unit (6000t/a) in which 25 million USD has been invested, the largest and most advanced zeolite plant in china. (the project won the first class prize of technical progress of Petrochina, Being one of the main contributors, I was honored the most outstanding contributor to the project.
* have taken part in the whole procedure from process flow designing to equipment selection¡Aequipment installation, unit construction and commissioning.
* Responsible for the design of DCS system (DELTA-V 6.3 OF Emerson Process Control System) of the whole process of the unit, so very familiar with the control system of the plant.

1988 - 2000 process technical engineer
Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, CNPC

* Led an experiment group to develop a new type of zeolite, which is one of the most important compositions of FCC catalyst with outstanding performance to crack heavy oil.
* Played an important role in the design and establishment of the experiment unit, including the three types of reactors for which profound special knowledge is required¡A the fixed-bed reactor, rotary continuous reactor and rotary discontinuous reactor for special reactions
* Originally designed, developed and build up a new ultra-stable zeolite-Y unit (1000t/y) with gaseous SiCl4 through gas and solid chemical reaction, It is the first unit applying this technology in the world.
* Supervised the operators to produce hi-quality zeolite, catalysts and additives.
* The project won the prize of technical progress of CNPC, I was the most important person in the project.
* Have written lots of technical thesis, one was published in international zeolite conference held in Korea, some were published in national technical magazine and conference.
