Repairing of the gear box required special tools, technique and skills which was done under the guidance of the original equipment supplier.
6) Overhauling Ug-300 Extruder Palletizer: Extruder Palletizer was giving frequent cutting problems due to damaged bearings which could not be diagnosed by the vibration analysis. Palletizer Overhauling without help of OEM that solved the cutting problem. Complete alignment of Palletizer including its travel rail.
