At present I am working in AL Marfa Power Company (AMPC) "Under the "Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA)" as a "Shift in Charge Engineer" 01.01.1999 to Till date.
I was promoted from grid 9 to 11 and worked as shift in-charge engineer with 15-20 persons under my super vision
And reporting to operation manager.

NATURE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Working on commissioning, start up and acceptance tests of gas turbine,
Water tube boilers, waste heat recovery boilers and MSF desalination unit.
2. Carry out predictive maintenance for all stationary and rotating
Equipments (gas turbine, diesel generators, centrifugal pumps, positeve
Displacement pumps, reciprocating compressors, submersed pumps screw
Pumps, reciprocating pumps, motors and heat exchangers.
3. Operation of al Mirfa power and desalination plant to generate 200 MW and 37 MIG.

All our work is through Computerized Maintenance and Material Management System (MAXIMO).
Make all the performance calculation to run the plant at the Optimum operating point.
Cary out the daily and monthly reports.
Troubleshoot, analyze the equipments defects and Issuing the Required reports.
Give the suggested solutions to run the plant equipments at the Optimum performance and safety.
Issuing permit to work and make sure that all work is carried out in a safe manner.

TYPE Of EQUIPMENT:
1. Four Siemens 60 MW type v64.3 duel fuel gas turbine generator sets which
Controlled by teleperm me AS220 EHF and AS 220 EA Siemens control
System and their auxiliaries.
2. 415 v switch gear (SWGR), 6.6 KV SWGR, 33 KV SWGR 220 KV SWGR
Control and Monitoring.
3. Black start diesel generator, which consists of 4 duetz Diesel generators
2x1.5 415v, and 2x2.5mw 6.6 kV and all accessories such as lube oil pumps,
Cooling fans Fuel oil pumps and control panel.
4. Gas forwarding station, which includes gas Heating, gas conditioning, knock
Out Drum, Filters, Hp & LP gas reduction skid and gas compression skid.
5. Fuel oil unloading, forwarding and injection station.
6 Four waste heat recovery boilers (121 t/hr, 16 bar steam) Installed on the
Exhaust stack of the gas turbine and all accessories like boilers Pumps,
Boilers mimic monitoring and control.
7. Four auxiliary boilers and their accessories like boilers feed water pumps,
Fuel Oil, fuel gas system and boilers Burner control.
8. Sex flash desalination 3 units with 5 MIG and 3 with 7.5 MIG fresh water per day
