Plant Profile
Naphtha hydrotreater [NHT] unit, Plat former-CCR Unit.

- Removes unwanted impurities like sulfur, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Metals from naphtha feed
Stocks (straight run & cracked naphtha). using Co-Mo Catalyst made by UOP.
- The hydro-treated Naphtha use as feed stock for Plat former (Reformer) unit.
- The process licensor is UOP, USA.
- The plant capacity is 0.5MMTPA of processing feed naphtha.
- The specification of sulfur & nitrogen after hydro treating is 0.5 wt-ppm. From 50 wt-ppm in feed.
- Platfomer convert naphthalene & Paraffin's into aromatics using R-134 catalyst (UOP) having Continuous Catalytic Regeneration Unit design by UOP named as Cyclemax CCR with capacity of 1500 lb/hr.
