Developing and delivering executable drilling plans, including casing design, mud program, cementing program, directional plan, completion design, AFE management and permits processing for workover, drilling and completion operations on exploration and development wells. Leading the WDT on championing drilling and workover decisions to Managers. WDT includes Drilling Engineer, Reservoir Engineer and Geologist. Received "Teladan" Recognition Award for contributions to the success of Salak Drilling Campaign (ahead of plan in terms of initial production rate, well cost and drilling schedule), 2006. Actual cost of drilling projects are within 5-10% of self authored AFE's.
* Business unit (Geothermal and Power Business Unit including Philippines and Indonesia) champion and representative to the Chevron Global Drilling and Completions Operational Metrics Tracking, Reporting and Analysis.
* Business unit (Geothermal and Power Business Unit including Philippines and Indonesia) champion and representative to the Chevron Global Drilling and Completions Risk and Uncertainty Management System (RUMS).

CHEVRON GEOTHERMAL AND POWER PHILIPPINES
Drilling Engineer, January 2006 – July 2006
* Lead Drilling Engineer, 2006 Tiwi Drilling Projects (4 Scale Drillouts with Acid Stimulation Jobs, 1 Sidetrack, and 1 Casing Repair). Wrote workover programs, monitors daily drilling operations and provides technical and engineering support to drilling operations, writes well completion reports, evaluates new drilling equipment and procedures to reduce cost and increase drilling efficiency (i.e. redesign of acid formulation for more potent but safe acid system and use of BJ Rotojet tool on drillpipe for better liner cleanout and better acid placement).
* Team Lead, Tiwi Well Decision Team. Well decision team is comprised of a drilling engineer, reservoir engineer and geologist. Leads the team for the 2006 Tiwi Drilling Projects by developing performance measures, conducting risk assessments, developing RACI charts and decision trees and communicating the deliverables and risks to all stake holders (i.e. Managers or Sponsors, Peers, Contractors, Asset Personnel, and Community). The team lead champions the team decisions to the sponsors.
