I'm a member of a multi-disciplinary work team responsible for the reservoir management of oil and gas-condensate fields.
As a Reservoir Engineer my work is to improve the reservoir management. This include:
* Monitoring the field performance: To improve the reserves development projects that we are implementing every year.
* Identify new reserves development opportunities: I participate in the process of the 3D seismic interpretation study, working with Geologists and other Reservoir Engineers in the correlation of multi layered reservoirs, logs interpretation, and pressure and production analysis, to integrate the static data with the dynamic data.

* Reserves Estimation: Including reserves calculations for oil and gas, using different methodologies like Material Balance, Decline Analysis, Secondary Oil Recovery calculations and Reservoir Simulation.

* Reservoir Simulation: On 2000 I leaded a Reservoir Simulation Study using Eclipse 100 software for a mature oil field, that increased its reserves 18%.
On 2001 I worked in another Reservoir Simulation Study in a multi-layer field under a waterflood project to have a correctly evaluation of this project.
Now, I’m working in a simulation project to improve the recovery factor of the field.

* Economic evaluations and Portfolio analysis: I'm responsible for the economics of the reserves development projects of the field and how they are positioned in the Company's Portfolio.

* Reserves reporting: My final work every year is to make the Annual Reserves Report of the field that I'm working on, to be audit and certificate under the SEC regulations.

Waterflooding experience: I have worked as a reservoir engineer in two oil fields in Argentina (Neuquina and Golfo San Jorge basins) for six years with waterflood projects.

New Assets Evaluations: On 2001 I participate in the evaluation of two assets located in Venezuela and one in Colombia, traveling to those countries, doing the reserves estimations and risk analysis. Also I participated in a successful selling process of an asset for the Company.
