WORKING EXPERIENCES:

1998 – 2003 Gas Pipeline Integrity Supervisor

PT. TITIS SAMPURNA under contract of TRANS CANADA PIPELINE INT. in Jambi (Sumatera–Indonesia) Trans Central Sumatera Gas Transmission Pipeline. Work schedule: 21 days on duty and 9 days off duty.

Responsibilities include:

Operation & Maintenance:

* Operated, Monitored and Maintained the daily gas pipeline operation from receiving point of Gulf Resources Gas Plant - Palembang, South Sumatera to Metering Station at Caltex Pasific Indonesia Duri Area – Riau, Sumatera Indonesia. Operating Gas Pressure was 1060 Psig. And gas rate approx. 400 MMCFD. 536 Km. of 28"cross country pipeline including Metering Station in Duri Area, 2 Unit of Booster Gas Compressors, 4 Unit Sectional Valve Stations and 4 Unit of Pig Traps Stations and 24 ea Sectional valves.

* Coordinated and Supervised the Pipeline Checkers Crew as well as Cathodic Protection Technicians for daily activities in order to kept and maintained all gas pipeline integrity in good condition and running well and safely, such as 24 unit of Sectional Valves, 4 sectional Valve Stations, the number of pipeline posts markers, the number of Cathodic Protection Test Points, 4 units of Pig Traps Stations, the number of exposed pipes, prepared work order to Technical Services to contract the services of geo-technical specialist company to recommend actions required which would protect the environment, community, and land owners.

* Prepared and performed the Monthly Valves Maintenance Schedule such as greasing valves program, arranged monthly working schedule and daily pipeline patrolled activities of Pipeline crews. Prepared and submitted the monthly gas pipeline integrity reports to the Gas Transmission Pipeline Operation and Maintenance Manager.

* Conducted safety meeting and pre job meeting to subordinate, brought the crew worked safe and more safety, always followed O&M procedure, reviewed the completion of work orders and prepared new work order. Assisted the principle "Rosen Pipeline Integrity" company to performed pipeline cleaning and intelligent pig activities through 536 Km. of 28" gas pipeline.

Manpower Management:

* Arranged the working schedule of Pipeline Integrity Crew on each working area from 0 km point to 536 km point which is divided into 4 sections with rotation system, with working schedule 2 weeks performed ROW gas pipeline inspection, and 1 week off duty. Prepared monthly aerial line patrolled schedule for twice a month.

1996: Oil Process and Gas Compression Station Supervisor

ARCO Indonesia, Java Sea Operations.
work schedule 10 /10 (10 days offshore and 10 days off duty).

Responsibilities include:

Operation and Maintenance:

* Monitored the daily oil rate and gas production, kept and maintained all production equipments in good condition and running well and safely such as Solar Turbine Gas Compressors to compress gas for sales and gas lift, Solar Turbine Generator for electricity, Main Oil Pump for pumping crude oil to storage tank, Main Oil & Gas Lines for flowing oil & gas, Instrument Air Compressors for instrument system, Production Separators for separation oil, gas & water, Cooling Water Submersible Pumps for cooling system of Gas Compressors, Water Maker Equipment etc.

* Checked the monthly pigging schedule of an oil and gas lines. Checked/ Monitored Chemical Injection into the oil and gas lines and discharge Gas Compressors, performed PM of all equipments such as safety devices of Turbine Gas Compressor, Generators, Air Compressors, Oil & Gas Separators, Flow Lines.

* Conducted daily operation meeting with subordinates, weekly safety meeting with subordinates and contractors, checked morning reports of oil/gas production and prepared weekly and monthly production reports to Production Area Superintendent / Production Manager.

* Supervised the Construction crew worked on production areas related with SHEP, and an existing production facilities.

Manpower Management:

* Arranged manpower as needed by moving or rotation to other station/area and arranged working schedule of subordinates.

* Prepared for annual appraisal / performance reports for subordinates.

Material Management:

* Prepared and requested materials for Operation as needed. Inventory and controlled production material & supply and Turbine Gas Compressor spare parts on hand for moving parts and fast moving parts.

Budget Preparation:

* Prepared yearly budget for materials & supply and chemicals material on hand.

1986: Gas Compressor Plant Supervisor

ARCO Indonesia, Java Sea Operation.
work schedule 10/10 (10 days offshore, 10 days off duty)

Responsibilities include:

Operation:

* Monitored the daily operation of Solar Turbine Gas Compressor to compress gas for sales and gas lift usage.

* Performed engine detergent washed when dirty, checked the daily running sheet to know the condition of gas compressor operation, and engine performance, and monitor the chemical injection of corrosion inhibitor into suction and discharge line of gas compressor.

* Kept and maintained good house keeping in Turbine Gas Compressor Area.

Manpower Management:

* Prepared for annual appraisal / performance of Compressor Operators, Coordinated Compressor Operator for daily activities.

Material Management:

* Prepared and requested materials as needed to Warehouse or Purchasing Department. Prepared Solar Turbine parts for 1000/5000/10000 Engine Running Hours PM. Inventory material / Solar Turbine Parts on Station.

Budget Preparation:

* Prepared annual budget for Solar Turbine Compressor Equipments and Chemicals.

1978: Sr. Compressor Plant Operator

Joined with ARCO Indonesia, locationed Offshore North West Java Sea Operation.
work schedule: 2 weeks offshore and 1 week off duty.

Operation:

* Operated 2 Trains of the Solar Turbine Gas Compressors: 3 Units of Centaur C-505 and 3 Units of Saturn C-306 to compressed gas approximately 60 MMCFD for gas sales and gas lift.
* The suction pressure from 40# to 200# and from 190# to 750#. Injected C-129 Corrosion inhibitor into suction and discharge lines. Operated "Roto" and "American" Cranes with Cap. 30 Tons for loading and unloading materials.
* Assisted Production Operator to perform daily activities on the oil process platform, performed pigging oil and gas line, running well test, performed chemical injection into production separators, well platform, flow lines.

1975 – 1978: Gas Plant Operator

Union Oil Company of Indonesia, onshore operation, Tanjung Santan Area. East Kalimantan - Indonesia.
Work schedule: 2 weeks on duty and 1 week off duty.

Operation:

1st week duty worked as Plant Operator to monitor and take reading of all equipments data, changed the 24 hour chart recording, checked the safety devices of the equipment, operated and maintain the operation of 2 units C-505 Centaur Gas Solar Turbine Compressors, 2 units C-306 Centaur Gas Compressors. Checked and maintain the Turbine Generator for power electricity during night shift.

2nd week worked as Gas Operator in the Control room to monitor and run daily gas processing activities, prepared gas daily operation report.

1971 – 1975: Roustabout Headman

Reading and Bates Drilling Company.
Location: Offshore Java Sea Operation.
Work schedule: 2 weeks offshore and 1 week off duty.

Drilling Rigs:
Milton G.Hulme, Dave Dodge, Drill Ship MV. Thronton.

Activities:
Coordinated the Roustabout crew to arrange drilling equipment as needed for drilling operation such as, drilling bits, drilling pipes, casings, pipes tubing, hydrill, Christmas tree, etc. Operated crane to load and unload materials/drilling equipments from the utility boat, kept and maintained good housekeeping the Rig, and assisted Barge Master during Rig move / towing preparation.
