SUMMARY OF POSITION

Maintain day-to-day control over financial and accounting functions for the Company. Responsibilities include keeping the accounting system (SUN SYSTEM) up to date, forecasting, local governmental reporting, budgeting, partner billing, payroll, tax issues and others (see below).

J. Supervision and training of local accounting staff.
K. Responsible for financial reporting obligations under the production sharing agreement (PSA)
L. Responsible for interaction with other departments within the Company, including providing these departments with the financial information they require to operate their departments effectively.
