Responsible for curative and preventive maintenance of Gathering Centers, GC-15, GC-23, GC-25 as well Salt Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) and Central Injection Facility (CIPF) with variety of instrumentation equipment.

April/2000-September/2005 - COMERINT S.p.a. - AGIPKCO Atyrau / KARACHAGANAK INTEGRATED OPERATION Aksai
Position: Instrumentation Training Instructor

Employed by Comerint S.p.a. Roma as Training instructor in Aksai, Kazakhstan - KARACHAGANAK INTEGRATED OPERATIONS (KIO) and recently Atyrau - AGIPKCO. Responsible for curative and preventive maintenance on storage tanker FPSO Firenze concerning: main deck process and engine room instrumentation. Variety pneumatic and electronic instrumentation equipment knowledge required due to first original installations that are still in use after conversion, especially in engine room. Work with Silvertech GE FANUC PLC where was involved in troubleshooting process control fail to function normally and diagnostic of the software unusual behavior. Results are improving of the complete system and stabilizing process run. Work with CROWCON toxic and combustible gas detecting system due to improper initial installation. Resulted in stabile system operation.

March/1998-March/1999- BP-AMOCO
Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Employed by BP-AMOCO as Instrumentation Engineer. Coordinating and solving the existing maintenance problems on the storage tanker FPSO-"NAN HAI SHENG LI" regarding field (electronic and pneumatic) and control room instrumentation including: troubleshooting crop up problems, specifying instrumentation, design and implementation new loops (logic and control) under requirements of the process staff. Involved in work with wide specimens of the instrumentation including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) MODICON-MODSOFT and SIEMENS-SIMATIC. In addition, responsible for education and training of the national staff (needed strong communications skills) due to goal of the project: nationalization of the oilfield.

March/1996-March/1998-NIGERIAN NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY
Position: Instrumentation Superintendent

Responsible for all activities concerning maintenance of the field instrumentation equipment on Utility&Offsites plants for EPCL - part of Nigerian National Petrochemical Company. Employed as Technical Backup Support for domestic staff trough SNAMPROGETTI S.p.a. Geneve and COMERINT S.p.a Rome. Responsible for the curative maintenance, troubleshooting of the problems, specification of the plant spare parts list requirements, professional help and as well as education and training of domestic staff. Worked with the wide spectrum of instrumentation and control systems (PLC's and DCS) with particular experience with the YOKOGAWA instruments.

August/1993-March/1996 - DINA/DOW VCM/EDC PLANT
Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Coordinating and solving the existing problems in the petrochemical industry, DINA-DOW petrochemical VCM/EDC plant, regarding: field instruments (FOXBORO, ROSEMOUNT, HERAEUS, KHRONE, ENDRESS & HAUSER instruments etc.), control system for process supervision and operating (TAYLOR MOD III), blockade-alarm system (HIMA, DYMAC, ROCHESTER), temperature scanner (PRAXIS, CAMILLE BAUER). Resulting in the improvement of existing and forming new control loops based on the process requirements.
Involved in activities concerned with ISO-9001 QUALITY CERTIFICATE for VCM/EDC plant.

August/1991-August/1993-DINA/DOW PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX
Position: Maintenance Engineer

Maintained and developed radio communications for the industrial area with "MOTOROLA" equipment. Resulting in the improvement of radio link for urgent message sending.
Supervised the analytical instruments located in plants of laboratories as IR-analyzers (PHILIPS, PYE UNICAM, KRATOS, BECKMAN analyzers) and gas detectors.
