1. SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., Korea 1994-1995, 1997 - 2001
Construction Manager:
Plan, organize and manage overall project for the largest refinery (Cadereyta) project in Mexico (contract amount: US$ 1.6 billion) and gas compression project in Brazil. Constructing and commissioning of the largest oil pipelines (24¡¨ x 1,200 km) in Mexico.
Responsibilities include preparation of construction document, bidding, negotiations, sub-contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, project coordination and quality control.
Key Projects;
*Cadereyta Refinery 2000 Project (Contract amount: US$1.6 billion), Mexico. Including RFCC, FCC, HF alkylation, diesel/ gas oil HDS, SRU, CCR, MTBE, tanks (6.0 million barrels) and utilities.
*4 Gas compression stations between Bolivia and Saint Paulo of Brazil (20¡¨ x 2,000 km), Brazil
*11 Pump stations, 1 offshore terminal and 24¡¨ x 1,200 km of pipelines, Mexico.
2. LG Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., Korea, 1995- 1997
Project Manager/Resident Construction Manager:
Opening of site office, selecting of sub-contractors, scheduling, controlling of project cost, directing daily construction activities, coordinating, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning. Construction of marine jetty and marine loading facilities.

*Lube base oil project of TPI (Contract: USD. 220 million), Rayong, Thailand.

3. Hyundai Petro-chemical Co., Ltd., Korea 1990-1994
Construction Superintendent/ Maintenance Manager:
Expediting and coordinating with Hyundai Engineering, Toyo Engineering, Scientific Design and Badger Engineering for detailed design. Expediting material delivery and witnessing shop tests for Coppus steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, screw compressors and reciprocating Compressors.
Maintenance manager for pumps, turbines, compressors, rotating equipment and static equipment such as heat exchangers, coolers, gas/oil separators, tall towers and pressure vessels.
Established preventive maintenance system for the whole plants of Hyundai Petro-chemical Company, Daesan, Korea.
