As an EPCM project, Technip was awarded to do the Front End Engineering and Design endorsement and complete detail design and construction. The project included:
o Sulfur Recovery Unit o Amine Treating Unit o Revamp work in the existing units o Addition of 93 tie ins to existing process and utility lines o Addition of one sour water tank and two sulfur storage tanks o Loading bay
ADCO Bu Hasa Units "G" and "F+D" Development Project
Technip did the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) of this project to inject Water And Gas (WAG) into Bu Hasa oil reserves for pressure maintenance. The facilities had to be designed to inject a nominal flow rate of 95 MMSCFD of gas at an injection pressure of 375 bars as well as 120,000 b/d of water at an injection pressure of 2000 Psi.
Shell, NPCC and NIOC joint venture Soroosh - Nowrooz Integrated Field Development Project, Khark Island, Iran
Front End Engineering and Design to Detail Design of the topside facilities of three production platforms, two living quarters and 2 wellhead platforms connecting together through four bridges.
As The lead on this project coordinated the work and scheduled the piping engineering tasks, to meet project specific dates. Implemented and used a detailed, per line, progress monitoring system linked to MS Project. Managed design reviews and interactions with the Client and the Project.
