* Trained 300 employees, and led teams in achieving ISO9000/2000 across all facilities in Mexico and Central America. Attained the Clean Industry Certification for the Mexican sector. Currently lead the QHSE teams in pursuing qualification for the ISO14000 certification.

Consultant / Service Quality Manager (Mexico)

Selected to resolve critical service quality (SQ) issues across Mexico and South and Central America which were resulting in contract losses, lost time, re-do work, and negative cash flow. Mentored managers, and trained more than 250 employees in industry-specific service quality courses. Successfully lobbied management for $250,000 in individual and plant performance incentives.

* Successfully transitioned all facilities to a SQ culture as a "way of living", increasing revenues by 15%, reducing lost time by 35%, and acquiring two new contracts (El Salvador and Guatemala) from a leading competitor.

District Manager (Mexico)

Directed all business and financial operations, including human resources; environment, health, and safety; quality assurance; sales and marketing; and client relations initiatives, for all services provided offshore.

* Implemented the first formal account management structure, providing "sole source" support to key accounts and strengthening business relationships. These efforts improved sales with existing accounts (PDVSA, Shell Oil, and Mobil Oil) by 10% and won 100% of the share on a new customer contract (Forasol).
* Introduced a new technology providing comprehensive market intelligence, tracking market share as well as the competitor's market share. As a result, sales and marketing strategies maintained 40% of the market share, despite two new competitors in the region.
* Review and signed all Bid, and Tender documents from the clients. Responsible for the contracts strategy, development, negotiations and execution within the 'Contract Law'.
* Established one and two-day learning conferences for clients, training them on new products and capability features. The events included the corporation's renowned golf tournaments and other sporting events and included 150 to 300 participants in locations across Venezuela.
