OBJECTIVE:
To contribute in a leading oil and gas corporation/operator providing leading project controls and business management practices and expertise in order to achieve their project and business goals such as: projects within/under budget and on time, increase productivity, optimize project execution, fulfill projects contracts and company business requirements.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
More than nineteen (19) years professional experience executing multi-million dollar projects in both domestic and international locations, acting as Owner and Contractor representative in project controls and business management on major EPC, Lump Sum Turnkey and Joint Venture projects supporting Oil and Mining industries. Some of these executed projects have been classified "Best in Class" by IPA (Independent Project Analysis).

Responsible of project contracts administration, costs control, cash flows, forecasting, budget development (CAPEX/G&A), AFEs preparation (approval for expenditures), planning and scheduling of all types of schedules - activity resource/cost-loaded plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) development, physical progress measurement, earned value calculation and productivity applying PMI and AACE International methodologies; besides the design and development of project controls systems and according to the project requirement.

Recognized skills in development, coordination and presentation of clear, concise reports and graphic illustrations of Project Controls data including weekly, monthly progress and cost control reports to Senior level Management.

Expert knowledge and training abilities in use of project controls applications such as Primavera (P3), SureTrak, MS Project, JobPROMS, PIMS, Microsoft applications and SAP-basic level. Additionally, has excellent knowledge of Document Controls and Procurement procedures, personnel supervision and productivity management.

Also, he had participation on projects with major oil, mining and consulting companies such as Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Repsol YPF, ENRON, Preussag Energie, PDVSA, CODELCO, Minera Disputada Las Condes, FMC Corporation, Fluor, Colt Engineering, Parsons and Snamprogetti.
