- Also carries out hardware checks and troubleshooting of various cards/modules of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire and Gas Detection Systems (FGD)
- To properly maintain all the instruments on the Equipment and Rotary and Stationary Machines like GE turbines and Nuovopignone compressors.
- Carries out skilled Instrument work under the instructions of Senior Technician (Maintenance)
- Supervises, directs, Co-ordinates and participates in the maintenance activities of Contracted Instrument Technician in the Installation, Routine, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of variety of Mechanical equipments.
- Carries out skilled or diverse work and performs various administrative duties related to Work Permit Systems, Work.
- Notifications, Reservations and assisting Sr. Technician (Maintenance) in development of Preventive and Predictive.

- Commissioning and start up of high-pressure Water injection Pumps, Glycol skid, CO2 Extinguishing System allocated Diesel Generator Turbines Nuovo Pignone and GENERAL ELECTRIC
- Trouble shouting activities using PID, logic & circuits and vendors diagrams on:
Transmitters, valves, positioners (Fisher Rosemount, Magnetrol, Masoneilan, ABB etc) and their circuits from field to/in marshalling cabinets of DCS (Total Plant System) Honeywell.
- UV/IR Flame Detectors and Infrared Point Detectors (General Monitors), Combustible Gas Detectors (Det Tronics), Optical Smoke Detectors and their circuits to marshalling cabinets of FSC (Fail Safe Control). Honeywell.
- Equipments and LCP (Local control panels) allocated to the complex packages (Flash Gas Compressors - Man Turbo), Air Compressors-Atlas Copco, Nitrogen Skid
- (Fores Engineering), Gas Dehydration Package - (Sices), Stabiliser Reboiler Package
- (Boosted International Heaters), driven by PLC's Alain Bradley and Hima.
- Detectors, circuits and Vibration Monitoring System Panels (Bentley Nevada)
- Anti-surge Valve and the circuits to CCC.
- Tank gauging System (SAAB Rosemount) and ENRAF
Using the Planning Routine Maintenance, assisted locals in maintenance of Process Instruments, Fire and Gas devices, valves.
