1. Project Manager May 1998 - August 2001
SAPPROS (Support activities for poor producers of Nepal), Kathmandu, Nepal.
Planned, designed, surveyed, executed, managed infrastructure development on drinking water, surface irrigation, drip irrigation, water harvest tank, trail road construction projects. Developed project proposals, training tools, sensitization tools for social mobilization and conducted orientation training on Community Action Plan (CAP). Supervised 30 technical staff and provided technical support if needed. Provided a bridge between the executive level and the technical field staff level. Hired, trained and mentored the technical field staff. Involved in the orientation training on Community Action Plan (CAP) for Team Leader, Software Supervisors, Field coordinators, Community Technicians and Community Workers from various Support Organizations of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Fund Board (RWSSFDB).
2. Civil Engineering Intern November 1997 - February 1998
Hilmark Co., Manila, Philippines.
Designed and worked in the building construction done by Hilmark Co. in Manila that was one of the college requirements before graduating from Mapua Institute of Technology.
3. Civil Overseer December 1991 - October 1993
SAPPROS, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Surveyed, designed, cost-estimated, implemented and supervised five drinking water supply projects located in 3 districts of Nepal under JAKPAS (a pilot drinking water supply project of World Bank) project.
