Responsibilities: Planning, Scheduling, & Estimation of resources required for Electrical, Instrument and DCS maintenance section. Job involved Scheduling and assigning resources for daily, weekly and monthly work plans by conducting daily/weekly plan meetings with production, maintenance supervisors / engineers to plan and agree on next day or next week work schedule depending upon the priority, availability of equipment and resources. Producing bill of materials and Review critical spare part availability and follow up with Stores/Procurement for stock and direct charge items, also review the stock levels & Issue of MRQ's & MRP's by referring Functional Specification Documents and supporting drawings and data sheets in line with the various Standards of vendor documents as well as lead time and annual usage. Prepare and set frequency for calibration, preventive maintenance, Inspection, & equipment change out by referring procedures & document, create a system based plan for getting these order automatically. Analysing equipment history reports, and work orders status reports and preparing backlog reports for review and scheduling.

Additional Responsibility: Assigned as the key user of SAP system Plant maintenance module. In year 1999 while implementation of SAP computerised Maintenance Management system coordinated with KASHYAPH RADIANT SAP personnel as maintenance module co-ordinator. Responsible for setting a maintenance module system as required to maintenance initially by coordination with KASHYAPH representative and to develop the system to make it use for convenience to Maintenance Engineering & Reliability centred Maintenance, and Performance measures.
This opportunity has given me a chance to work as a Key user as well as SAP co-ordinator for plant maintenance module. Job involves creating additional and new Equipments master records, functional locations for equipments, dismantling redundant Equipments from system equipment master record, Document attachments to equipment master records, creating bill of material for equipment structure, setting equipment hierarchies based on functional location and superior equipments etc.
Creating Maintenance task list for equipment, creating time based and counter based (Production tonnage based) computerised maintenance plans for preventive maintenance / calibration / critical safety device and equipment change out program.
