Male, 43 years old, energetic, self starter, and creative. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering. I have been sixteen years working for PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia, a Chevron -Texaco afiliates company in Indonesia.

I have been exposed to many Petroleum Engineering functions for eleven years. It covered Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Completion, and Reservoir Engineering. Light and heavy oil crude field type. Many innovations I made during this assignment. One if it was Innovative Cementing Technique for Duri Steam Flood Project which saved more than Eight Millions US Dollars (US$8,000,000.00).

From technology point of view, I have been exposed to Water Flood, Steam Flood, and Polymeer - Surfactant Flood. My last position in Petroleum Engineering was Special Project Petroleum Engineer for Tertiary Pilot Projects of Minas Light Oil Steam Flood and Polymer - Surfactant Food.

For the other five years I have assumed many coordinating & management function like Quality Management Coordinator, Leadership Program Facilitator, Six Sigma Program Facilitator, and Operation Excellent Champion.

Objective:

Looking for Senior Engineer or Managerial position which will enable me giving more provit to Share Holder.

EXPERIENCE:

* 1988 – 1989: Chemical Engineer. PT. Clatex Pacific Indonesia, Riau.

I responsible to select best chemicals for new start-up Duri Steam Flood Project.
It covered oil and water treating processes for both surface and down hole treatment.

I introduced a method and lead a team to chemically clean up radian tube section of steam generators in DSF Are-3 (about 50 units). This project was successfully double the efficiency of all generators. Safe fuel, higher Steam Quality, which lead to higher oil production.

* 1989 – 1997: Petroleum engineer. PT. Clatex Pacific Indonesia, Riau.

I have been exposed for Production Engineering, Well Completion Engineering (4.5 years), and Reservoir Engineering jobs for Duri Steam Flood Project.

Many innovations I made when I was on this assignment, i.e.:

I Introduced standard programs for simple workovers, so that Assistant Engineer could take these kind of jobs. Therefore Engineer could focus on the bigger workover programs.

I redesigned screen liner configuration for both cased hole and open hole producer well completion. It resulted cost saving from reducing blank casing above liner, and significantly improved gravel packing quality. Cost saving for 2 years operation was US$ 500,000.00

I lead Cementing Team who lain down methods for Micro Matrix Cement and G cement for Steam Zone Shut off, G- Cement Liner Damage Repair, etc. Steam zone shut off itself saved US$ 8,000,000.00 (Eight Millions US Dollars).

I introduced Potassium Chloride as a tracer to detect steam eruption sources in DSF. It was cheap, safe, simple and accurate.

I initiated Steam Injection Shut Off programs as part of DSF Area-6 and Area-5 reservoir management strategy. It saved fuel and in the same time increased oil production for total about 600 BOPD.

* 1997 – 1999: Special Project Petroleum engineer. PT. Clatex Pacific Indonesia, Riau.

I designed and implemented production strategy for Light Oil Steam Flood, and Surfactant Flood Pilot Projects in Minas Field.

I found out the way, and lead the execution team who was successfully perforating producers casing which attached fiber optic cable in it.

* 1999 – 2002: Quality Management Coordinator & Corporate Facilitator for Leadership & Six Sigma Programs. PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Riau.

As part of a team I was successfully deploy Total Quality Management concepts through out the company.

I facilitated five Six Sigma projects, which come from technical and services department.

I also facilitated Enlighten Leadership programs for 441 leaders.

* 2002 – 2004: Operation Excellence Champion. PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Riau.

As a part of a team I was successfully develop Operation Excellence training material, and deploy Operation Excellence Concepts through out the company.

* 2004 – 2006: Sr. Consultant for Leadership & Performance Improvement Management. PT. Rizky Samudra Pratama, Bandung.

I helped an oil company to improve its bottom line by synchronizing its Strategic Objectives from top executives down to grass root level, set up Key Improvement Initiatives, Success Measurement Tools, as well as the monitoring and reward programs.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

1988: Bachelor Degree from Chemical Engineering Department of Gadjah Mada University, Jogjakarta.

1988 – 2001: Many Petroleum Engineering trainings such as Advance Formation Damage Assessment & Control Strategies, Reservoir Management Practices and Techniques, Quality Control for Completion and Workovers, Practical Reservoir Simulation, and others; They came from many sources. Mostly came from overseas.
