Detailed estimation, Tender preparation, technical bid evaluations, statutory approvals, land development, work execution at site, overall supervision and monitoring cost, quality and schedule variances, change orders, man and material movement, co-ordination with third party consultants like PDIL, IRS etc., periodic progress reviews and minutes with contractors, & reporting to Head-office.
Sr. Operations Officer (Nov 2002 – July 2005) at HPCL LPG Bottling Plant, Purnea, India
Plant throughput: 11000 MTPA, Turnover: 5.5 Million US$.
Overseeing entire LPG Filling operations, maintenance, Safety, Quality Control, Training programs, Payroll administration, Accounting, Product distribution planning& logistics, Capital & Non-planned Capital projects, pneumatic robotics for LPG plants.
