Ahwaz-Iran, o Designed and implemented complete automation and instrumentation system, including wiring diagrams, panel layout, PLC and SCADA programming for a Hexamine production line (using Omron CJ1H PLCs & CX-Supervisor HMI Software), Sina Chemical Industries, Shiraz-Iran, o Designed SCADA/HMI system for a pharmaceutical plant to produce Hemolink, (The responsibilities included: design and writing code for SLC 500, by using RSLogix500, and Intouch SCADA system, also the necessary HMI standard has prepared for that plant), WHE, Toronto-Canada, o Designed, programmed and commissioned the PLC and SCADA/HMI system of water filtration plant, including 18 filters and process of them including Production, Backwash and Ripening (PLC & SCADA code written by using PLC 5/40E hardware, RSLOgix5 software, and Intouch SCADA system), RMOC, Ottawa-Canada, o Installed, loop checked and commissioned control and measurement devices in a 300,000 Barrels/Day refinery. (In the refinery Honeywell TDC3000, AB PLC2s and Siemens S5 PLCs has been installed), Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery Bandar Abbas-Iran, o Installed, loop checked and commissioned Finishing unit of a hot rolling mill including 7 screw down and hydraulic stands. (PLC system is ABB MP200 and HMI system is ABB Masterview), Ahwaz Rolling Mill & Pipe Mfg. Co. Ahwaz-Iran.
o All controls and instrumentation equipment maintained and troubleshooted in direct reduction plant of a 1.5 MT/Year, Khouzestan Steel Complex, Ahwaz-Iran.
