Designed and developed the Annotation Tools ArcGIS extension.
The Annotation Tools extension expands on the functionality of ArcGIS by allowing a user to create and maintain Non-standard feature-linked annotation in a personal geodatabase using ArcView. The annotation created using AnnoTools has all of the benefits of feature-linked annotation created using standard ArcEditor and ArcInfo tools.
The AnnoTools extension also includes functions that:
- Convert and combine labels from more then one label classes into one annotation class;
- Convert Map graphics, coverage or CAD annotation to geodatabase annotation;
- Mask out annotation based on a polygon feature layer.
