Operations Trainer
- Coordinate the development of the operating procedures and the consequence of deviation.
- Coordinate the vendor training for operations and maintenance departments.
- Develop long/short term operations training programs such as operations co-op training program for Jubail Industrial College students.
- Coordinate and conduct "Train The Trainer" and "Advanced Operator Training" classes.
- Coordinate and conduct formal operator training process and new hire orientation classes.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment battery tests and COBRA test in Saudi Arabia and in India.
