OBJECTIVE:

I would like to work as QC ENGINEER with experience as WELDING & NDT inspection engineer and to work with SMAW, GMAW. SAW,GTAW, FCAW and PAW processing, LEVEL II in RT –UT – MT –PT and experience in Preparing and Evaluation of WPS, PQR and WPQ according to ASME, API, AWS and BSI, and making qualification and testing of welders according to ASME code or API standard. I have experience in inspection pipelines, vessels, steel structure and boilers and have good experience in working at oil and gas sectors and can prepare the inspection and qualification reports. evaluation of destructive testing reports for materials and materials corrosion with vast experience in interpretation of radiographic films and make inspection by using ULTRA SONIC test with shear wave and make MT by using fluorescent test and non – fluorescent test by YOKE or another processing., using DYE PENTRANT TEST to evaluate the surfaces defects of welding, and make calibration of UT and MT, and making PREHEAT and PWHT procedure for weldment. QA/QC Field Engineer, have inspection experience in piping including review of ITP/ WPS/ PQR/ WPQ/ MTR/ weld map etc, piping spools fitups inspection, material traceability records maintenances, joint nos. weld nos. records, piping spools isometric nos./ spool nos. identification, installation, review of RT films and other NDT reports, monitoring rejection rate and welders performance, review of PWHT reports and charts, punch listing, review of test packages for welding and NDT completion, issue release for hydro static test and witness of the same, review calibration records of pressure gauges, reinstatement of piping after hydro static test, monitor internal cleaning, fitting up of new gaskets, boltings and its tightness, review of final QC documents etc.
