WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Position: Senior Piping Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
* Review piping layout and equipment layout, P&ID in term of stress analysis purposes.
* Prepare piping stress analysis specification and piping material specification
* Prepare cold pipe support specification.
* Perform piping stress analysis for Cryogenic Lines connected to Main Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Compressors, Pump, and Tank.
* Perform stress analysis for LNG Transfer Line and Loading Arm to the Tanker, which had 5 conditions to represent the actual condition when the LNG is transfer into the Ship.
* Perform Stress analysis for LNG circulation line from Loading Arm at Ship.
* Perform Stress analysis for lines around LPG Tank
* Performed Nozzle Load Check at Heat Exchanger
* Performed Trunnion Calculation, Relieve valve calculation, Surge Calculation, Bursting Disc Calculation, Expansion joint design and calculation, and transition joint calculation.
* Review Equipment Drawings and P&ID
* Perform piping stress analysis for steam lines and any critical lines.
* Prepare data sheet for spring hanger, expansion joint and other piping engineering items.
* Perform stress analysis for Hot lines connected to Gas Turbine, Compressors, Pump, Air Cooler, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and heat Exchanger.
* Design special pipe support and check isometric.
* Review design of pipe support and prepare the material take off for purchase purposes
* Prepare Material Requisition for Piping Valve and any bulk material.
* Prepare technical document to design expansion joint as many as 118 pieces of expansion joint for LNG line with size as 30 inches.
